The remaining state will reflect election night. The only exception so far is Washington state. 4 of the Clinton electors voted for someone other than Clinton. California is another one where electors might vote for someone else but since Clinton won that state again it would only affect Clintons numbers.

No, 268 is not a majority, it would be a plurality.
If he stayed on 268, it goes to the House.

No - an electoral college win requires 270 electoral votes. Anything less goes to the House.

There are 538 total electoral college votes.
