She lost four electors in Washington, even if she gained all of Texas she would still have 266 and it would go to the Congress where she would lose.

My quote function is all messed up. Let me try again. A majority is 270. Correct? A plurality would be having the most votes but not reaching 270. Am I stating that correctly?
