And that I was following a conversation - - that addressed post did not stand by itself.

All that stuff the OP wrote none of it will get done because all the GOP wants to do is cut food stamps and taxes for the rich and repeal Obamacare, repeal Row versus Wade, stop LGBT rights, privative Medicare and SS if they can get away with it.

Can I tell you a story?

My girlfriend had a pet rabbit. As you know, rabbits can run and jump with great agility. However, this rabbit lived in a pen made up of 12"x12" individual fences, pieced together by pieces of plastic or zip ties ever since it was born. It never hopped over or tried to ram it. It stayed there, day after day. When she moved in, we let it have a larger area to run around in. It loved the freedom but would always be the most comfortable in the penned area regardless of the fence.

It's always easier being a child and having someone take care of you. Eventually, you have to grow up and learn to do things on your own without their help.
