No, the wing is pieced together. That's just the lower wing panel. I have a picture somewhere of an F-16 that has a new wing that really shows how it comes apart.

oh yeah look at that.

guess I never really saw the underside in good contrast, lots of little 'doors'.

I assume the sar antennas/apertures are on the side and maybe forward facing

The wing panels are access to fuel tanks, hydraulic lines, control cables, etc.

That's Tromelin Island. Both France and Mauritius claim it, although the UN doesn't recognize the Mauritius claim. It's a 3900 foot runway used to fly cargo and people to the Island. Other than the runway, it has a meteorological facility. Scientists use it occasionally for observations and experiments.
