How do you know he did shout that?
An eye witness, a muslim woman, was interviewed on CNN.
She heard it.
Unless she lied, this was radical islamic terrorism and the German authorities are downplaying it (which would not be the first time)

Neo, we've seen enough people in the U.S. go nuts and go on a killing spree to know it happens, with or without religion. The same holds true anywhere else.
This was a very disturbed young man. Bitter, angry, probably wallowing in self pity, and no doubt depressed.
I think we have to take it face value.

I've said it before, and I'm going to say it again: Miraculous how only one person hears that at dinner hour in a Mickey D's. You'd think more people would have contacted more media outlets with a bombshell like that, or been all over FB. Or all over Twitter. Funny how they aren't. Down boy, down. You're falling for a failed spin attempt.

It's status is "Disputed Territory", but it's also a Partially Recognized State. Either way, the rest of the world looks at Kosovo and realizes one or the other, and voila, Kosovo origin for people from there. Just like Tibet. Deal with it.

Other than that, what does it say? What's the connection?

Here's a bullet points breakdown from The Guardian.
www.theguardian.com...
Notice where they point out he seems to have been obsessed with mass shootings? Points towards a mentally disturbed kid, not a jihadi.
There's also been claims that he was a Christian, not Muslim. If that verifies, you're further SOL with the ISIS wish here.
