You're using Trump as the example of "lacking conservative values" in a party which ran Marco Rubio, Jeb Bush, John Kasich, Carly Fiorna, a man who's father heralds him as some sort of keymaster to the coming apocalypse, and Chris Christie? Seriously man? Trump's the goddamned RINO when the GOP candidate last cycle was what we'd call a flaming liberal out here in the west in Mitt Romney, ran the penultimate RINO McCain 8 years ago, and ran two cycles of "compassionate conservatism" (code word for liberal pandering) GWB prior to that? You lack perspective, seriously. The GOP doesn't need to die, it needs to eliminate the marginalized, ineffective political sissies like those mentioned above, Rience Priebus, Mitch McConnel (my God did it take all I have to spell his first name with an M instead of a B), and Lindsey Graham from their ranks and get back to what made the GOP a major force to begin with:
1. FTW, America FIRST
2. Limit taxes
3. Limit spending
4. Kick the ever loving dogcrap out of any nation dumb enough to cross us.

That's conservative bread and butter, my friend. Sorry to say, too many Republicans have fallen for the bait and switch and quietly allowed the liberalization of the party at the highest levels. Do not blame the traditionalists for supporting the man who comes closest to the positions of the traditional Conservative. That's Trump... a guy far closer to Barry Goldwater's ideology than anybody else who was in the race this cycle.

And I was so looking forwards to the chants of 'Hey Ted show us your long form'.
