I HONESTLY BELIEVE THIS

If Trump would have done the immigration issue without all the nasty rhetoric and nonsense about Mexicans and that wall

Could have been strong, unlike Obama, against ISIS without the BAN MUSLIMS NONSENSE

…and other Xenophobic statements

Without advocating beating people up at his rallies

Exit all the nastiness and mockery of the vulnerable

Trump may have been a good candidate

Nothing based on fact.

So let's say you have 5 Mexicans, 3 Salvadorans, and 1 British dude in the US, and the new president is sworn in a goes on an anti-illegal immigrant crusade swearing to deport anyone who is in the country illegally.

3 of the Mexicans, 1 Salvadoran, and the British dude are all in the country illegally for various reasons. If all of them are deported, is the new president racist?

The notion that America is a post racial nation is a joke and has been for quite awhile. It would be naive to say otherwise.

And there are even many white liberals who support white racism (Quite a shocker to some who believe this country is a post racial nation but it's the reality)

that's what the conservatives on the supreme court said, when they abolished a key part of the voting rights act...I guess that ruling was, as you put it, "a joke", by a "naïve" majority....I agree

I don't believe there can be a "good" candidate in this environment.

Many of us have been begging for quite some time for people to make a stand against the incremental destruction of our society, never being allowed to name names or the like. Call a spade a spade, and you are a racist. Point out the troubled state of other parts of the world, you are a xenophobe.

Point is, if faced with violence or even unchecked belligerent protest, my ground will be stood. I see nothing wrong with escalations when warranted. If you think you are about to be hit, it is in your best interest to throw the first punch. Just taking it from either side is masochistic nonsense.

But can you explain what you mean by "blaming minorities"?

Trumps many statements about Mexico, China, Japan this or that lends itself to what they call Xenophobia….All non white peoples and American minorities

A terrible thing in a multi cultural society

Hes plays dumb like he doesn’t know what hes doing

Recall he retweeted scapegoating black America for crime. He took it down though

Trump Retweets Bogus Crime Graphic

www.factcheck.org...

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump retweeted a bogus graphic purporting to show the percentage of whites killed by blacks and other homicide data delineated by race. Almost every figure in the graphic is wrong, some of them dramatically so.

That’s why he is getting such white supremacists support

They know all the dog whistles and see what he doing like the above

From Trump it’s always: Mexico, China, Japan, the Arabs, never a wghite country does he criticize and when called out he says in defense: Political correctness

Xenophobia is the fear of that which is perceived to be foreign or strange.[1][2] Xenophobia can manifest itself in many ways involving the relations and perceptions of an ingroup towards an outgroup, including a fear of losing identity, suspicion of its activities, aggression, and desire to eliminate its presence to secure a presumed purity.[3] Xenophobia can also be exhibited in the form of an "uncritical exaltation of another culture" in which a culture is ascribed "an unreal, stereotyped and exotic quality".

One thing a guy like Trump proves is that if it weren’t for racism in America much of what liberals want would have been done. As it is in European countries…. Such as real universal health care and real helping the poor out of poverty.

The problem is conservatism( and the GOP) is so littered with racists that they refuse to help the people at the bottom (in America the minorities of color mostly) so they maintain conservatism to keep the minorities from being assisted.

This is proven by Trump in that he’s actually a liberal moderate with some conservative sounding tough guy anti-minority rhetoric to placate the racists amongst the conservatives.

That’s why the KKK, various other overt racists and other bigots like Alex Jones and Jess Rense are for Trump.

Absolutely wrong. You have it all reversed.

The racists are the liberals always screaming racism whenever they don't get their way. Crying like little girls and pulling the race card for every little thing.

There wouldn't even be any racism if it weren't for the liberal media creating it out of thin air just to push their agenda. And their agenda includes creating racism every chance they get, and claiming racism every chance they get.

I don't know where to begin with your confused perceptions...

Trump is not afraid of other countries. And he has never proposed isolationism.

When he calls out policies or faulty trade agreements with other countries, it has nothing to do with racism.

Trump has never said he wants to stop all relations with other countries. He seeks relationships that are fair to all involved and do not favor other countries at the expense of the USA.

If anything, he has said that the leaders of other countries are the smart ones, and it is our own leaders who have failed in negotiations because our leaders do not know what they are doing and have failed the American people.

Liberals have to perpetuate racism because if they don't, then their platforms fail.

Their platforms all all based on "unfairness".

Rich vs poor.
White vs black.

The liberal media lynched all those black people in history

The liberal media kept black, woman and other minorities out of power for decades

The liberal media had two separate school systems in America for decades

The liberal media did redlining in America where black people couldn’t get not only homes in white neighborhoods but loans

Black GI’S couldn’t get GI bill loans

The liberal media was responsible for the Tuskegee syphilis experiments on black people

The liberal media is responsible for the economic disparity amongst the various racial groups in America

I could go on and on...

The liberal (promiscuous) media may be responsible for some social ills today but to blame all the historical and present plight of black Americans and racism on the liberal media is patently ridiculous

Republicans only care if you pee standing or sitting down.

No, much of it is based on reality versus fantasy

Reality: White individual wealth in America is 100,000 dollars an individual

For black and Latino people its 5000 dollars

That’s reality…DECADES OF BEING LEFT OUT OF THE MAINSTREAM

To say liberal policies caused that is:

FANTASY!

Liberal policies perpetuate it.

Hell, if they actually worked to solve the problems, then they'd have nothing to rally against or reason to raise taxes.

He blames our own politicians for their failure to prevent foreign governments and corporations from abusing the weak and flawed policies that he disagrees with. He has even said that he literally does not blame foreign governments or corporations from taking advantage of our weak policies. He has blamed the Mexican government for having a part in the violence along and across the border. Well, there isn't much we can do about that since it is not our country. I think you're a bit confused or you're getting your opinions from some biased sources.

You're also stretching quite a bit considering that China/Mexico are countries, and Chinese/Mexican are nationalities. Why do you confuse this with racism? Do you have any quotes from Trump to support your claims that he is a xenophobe or racist?

Could you also please provide a source on the statement that "he is getting such white supremacists support"?

"never a wghite country does he criticize"

Now that is a racist statement. You're singling out an entire race of people, not just a country or government.

As for the tweet about homicide rates, I don't know where that came from. It was inappropriate to be honest (was the source of it ever found?). It was random and didn't really make any sense for him to tweet. If he wants to address the BLM movement, he can use a better source such as crime statistics directly from the FBI or DOJ.

Trump states similar ideas that Rand Paul and Bernie state

But half the people in America don’t hate them because of it

On this very forum I have praised Rand Paul for such ideas

But Trump does something that is called Charity followed up by injury

He helps a poor man up from the ground then punches him in the face

You do understand that typically wealth accumulation is a generational thing?

For most latinos, their families have only been in the US for a few generations and many came here destitute and had to start at the bottom.

Most white Americans have been here for generations.

Black Americans were in a similar boat and they were making progress until the Great Society at which point they went sharply backward again. Compare blacks who have been generations with blacks who have immigrated from elsewhere, and there is often no comparison. Blacks who come from the Caribbean, Africa, and similar nations outperform and excel across the board.

To all the anti-liberal policies people

This is a moment of instruction I've been trying to get across to folks

Listen up

Sure “Liberal” policies haven’t brought about a paradise...of course

But they have helped many people

The fact that they haven’t erased all of our social problems doesn’t mean they haven’t worked to a great extent.

Millions of people have been helped tremendously by Social Security…welfare and food stamps.

Of course those programs aren’t perfect but to say they have failed is totally wrong.

Go in any lower class OR MIDDLE CLASS NEIGHBORHOOD AND ASK AROUND ABOUT IT YOU’LL SEE THEY HAVE WORKED to a great extent.

In fact the one of the good things about Trump is that HE SUPPORTS THESE “LIBERAL” programs

Did you know that?

Or our you just espousing some dogma you’ve become accustomed to?
