What are you talking about?

The number of representatives is for states is determined by the census.

Does the Census Bureau collect data on the legal status of the foreign born? No.

www.census.gov...

The number of electors of electoral college, for each state, is determined by the number of senators/representatives. So any population with high number of illegal immigrant(regardless of country of origin), would make states with lax illegal immigrant laws more powerful in determining a president.

I don't care if you agree with me or not amnesty is a major political platform that people including Obama have been discussing for years and is playing. Major roll in determining our elections.

This is because there are major problems with illegal immigration and the representatives who have an area with high illegal immigration populations are going to support amnesty in order to stay in power and grow their constituency.

You need an education.

...would have damaged Latino political influence.

You do understand that Latino doesn't mean illegal? They could have just as easily said it would have damaged women's political influence - or seniors political influence - had circumstances been different. Latinos are just one part of this country - it's about demographics - and Latinos are also citizens

I'm sure I've just repeated something that's already been said - but I haven't read through the whole thread

When losing a debate automatically resort to personal attacks that seemingly challenge the credibility of the messenger rather than sticking to facts.

I do know the caring nature of the left would cease, if faced with an illegal immigrant population with a majority red voting bloc. More people being used for political purposes, same as it has been for centuries.

The definition of Latino is irrelevant.

Yes it matters, but it's not going to radically change laws or give illegals the right to vote.

I believe Obama would refer to this as a nudge.

Amnesty is one of the biggest topics of conversation in the political arena right now and amnesty is legalization which is the ability to vote.
No. Citizenship (along with other requirements) conveys the ability to vote.
Amnesty does not equal citizenship.

Look you really think there's going to be amnesty without a path to citizenship?

How many times have I heard politicians talk about amnesty and a path to citizenship I mean come on.

You said this:

You are wrong. Again.

Let me ask you a question.

In math, if a variable does not change the predictable outcome than what does that say about that variable and how relevant is it to the equation and Does it need to be defined?

Just saying...

Yeah I didn't imply that this wasn't the case... I also wasn't talking about the number of electors, just the process in which electors are given the position. Gerry-mandering which you refereed to in the latter part of your post,is a real concern with electoral districts and I gave credence to the OPs concerns in that aspect. I don't dispute that.

Supreme Court’s decision hailed as “an enormous victory for Democratic and American values”

Maybe this will help

The Latino population is growing. I know this makes some people feel - uncomfortable

If only legal citizens are going to vote - what do you care?

Your not paying attention in not rewriting anything.

Your seriously going to try to label me a racist?

This is a serious flaw that can be easily exploit by countries like China who can send millions of people here with the Agenda of subverting our democratic process by creating a massive voting block illegally.
