Actually that transference is what I think of as a strength.
If in the future 75% of traditional jobs in a economy we have now will gone then a a new way to create and and pay jobs will be needed.
The point of a 100% energy dependent economy is that jobs will center around transferring engery into useful energy.
Very easy to do and one could Easly make enough to at least cover there food production costs.
Plus it's a economy were you only get the effort you put in.
Put in useful energy you take out.
Well if socialists really cared about their 'fellow' man.
Why do they consistently outsource that 'responsibility' to the state that uses authoritarianism for the 'common good' ?
Instead of them doing things on their own.
What's Bernie's plan to get manufacturing jobs back to America?
When GM was going under, the government bailed them out and became "partners" with them.

What's to stop Comrade Bern from opening his own government plants?

And Green and Crazy ?
No on using energy as 'money'.
Same thing as FIAT CURRENCY
Since it can be easily created.
That's why precious metals were one of the best options.
Their resources are finite.
Problem with precious metals is that they won't be precious when we get to space mining .

No it can't be created.
Only transferred from one state to another.
Problem with precious metals is that they won't be precious when we get to space mining .
Plus again it's only a abstract intermediate.
Engery is pretty much the most pure form of currency as the amount of energy needed to produce, extract or transport something normally determines its worth.

I don't foresee that happening. Platinum,Palladium,Gold, and Silver will be replaced with something new.
Remember it's the rarity of those metals that make them 'worth' something.
Kind like Quarks Gold Pressed Latnum in our future.
