well there you go ladies and gents. its a difficult goal, so forget the pursuit of happiness just exploit and screw everyone else. all that matters is how big the oil tycoons' yacht can get. its a good thing you aren't running for president.
let the Trump supporters stand as an example.
It only ends up as exploitation and screwing people over in the minds of people with no grasp of economics. Or in other words, Bernie supporters.
Government has screwed things up, so by all means give government more power to fix what it broke. Makes perfect sense.
So a future where corporate rule is the answer??..every movie I had seen tell me it's a bad idea. ..corporations are not moral they are by necessity A moral where the end game is the bottom line, human factor be damned, laissez-faire capitalism was bad during the industrial revolution then it would be worst now.
While we have an over TWENTY TRILLION dollar Federal Debt.
While cities are LYING to citizens about the amount of lead in drinking water.
But yeah, the "rich"...
Have you ever really pondered the vastness of TWENTY TRILLION?

It's Americans duty to "raise the third world to a level" where they can compete with American workers.....to stifle American outsourcing.
Brilliant. Just.....brilliant.
Amazing stuff there.

I happen to have it on good authority, that china's economy has been smokin along for a few years at about 10% growth.
The USA has an anemic growth of 2-3% for about the same amount of time.
Believe me, chinese workers are not hurting.
In fact, the last time i was in Shanghai, they were riding bikes. That was about 10 yrs ago.
Now it's traffic jam city with nice high end cars, no $150 beaters.
You can't open a biz in china without a local for a partner at, I think, 51%.
So don't think companies are just moving in and hiring.
It's a huge process and the govt is all over it.

Care to examine why the rivers are so poisonous??...mainly runoff from where??..crumbling infrastructure, massive tax cuts to corporations who parked it all in off shore accounts??, bloated military contracts in the tune of
Take note of the Blue most of that is going to Corporate.
Who then turn around and not pay taxes on it.

I agree, the Government who cannot Govern, 'oxymoron' Gov, is a farce. They spend everyones $ on War. A War nobody wants or needs. Why do they keep getting away with it? Because, the West has been invaded by people who hate Alpha Males, except of course if they're in Hollywood Movies, then it's OK.
Like the saying goes..
'Don't Steal, The Gov't hates Competition'.
The Solution? I'm afraid there isn't one, yet. Maybe Russia, and the few Men Left in the West, will be the example the west needs before it's drop kicked into oblivion.

Hell, I would RATHER our country run like a Corporation or business, because businesses are about making PROFIT
“War is a racket. It always has been. It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives… It is conducted for the benefit of the very few, at the expense of the very many. Out of war a few people make huge fortunes… In World War 1, a mere handful garnered the profits of the conflict… [and] at least 21,000 new millionaires and billionaires were made.” ~ Smedley D. Butler, War Is a Racket

Because one can do well with trading partners who have the money to buy our stuff and not living in squalor on slave wages, Japan and Germany and other places in Europe, case in point after WWII both nations were effectively reduced to 3rd world status but we helped raised them literally from the ashes where their economies are similar to ours and are strong allies, it is the opposite that fuels instability ,revolutions and war.

shanghai does not represent all of china
dubai does not represent all of UAE
mumbai does not represent all of india
and new york does not represent all of the US
I like data better than myths
notice how we can out produce the chinese but were still losing jobs to then because their labor is so cheap.
their cost of living is about half as ours, but they're getting paid about a tenth of what we earn.
Crumbling infrastructure so more TAXES to fund the same people that are supposed to repair it huh?
How much do I pay for Government to NOT use my money, and waste on >>>>>>>>>>>>
Oh yeah, waste it on your second mention....MILITARY. Who declares wars? Corporations?
Nope. GOVERNMENT does. These arms manufacturers would be nowhere with GOVERNMENTS to squander taxpayer money on the next smartbomb......GOVERNMENT....again.
Why is government so wasteful? Like I said TWENTY TRILLION dollars....
But yeah, Verizon Wireless and Walmart are ruining us. Yep, it's the 'Rich'.
Reasons for these conflicts were varied but largely economic in nature. The conflicts were called "Banana Wars", a term that arose from the connections between these interventions and the preservation of US commercial interests in the region.
Most prominently, the United Fruit Company had significant financial stakes in the production of bananas, tobacco, sugar cane, and various other products throughout the Caribbean, Central America and Northern South America. The US was also advancing its political interests, maintaining a sphere of influence and controlling the Panama Canal (opened 1914) which it had recently built and was important for global trade and projecting naval power.

The thing I don't understand about Sanders supporters is that it seems they view Government as some benevolent older sibling watching out for all of us, when history and DATA show the exact opposite.
