Hah!

In a way, that's more accurate than most people think. The only way to really know what your chromosomes are is to get a karyotype test and those are expensive. Otherwise, you just assume you have chromosomes that match your expectations. Exceptions to the binary rule are far more common than people think.

So yeah, pulling down your genes is the only way to really know.

If you look at the Statistics there is an alarming number of Trans people who have been assaulted in prison versus Non-Trans people, the Statistics for GLBTQ+ people in Prison are higher than Heterosexual people.

Asking for accommodations that are not extended to other members of the population IS special treatment. Oh poor trans folks get raped in prison we should make a special safe space for them. Its not like other people get raped. Besides you say it is something people are born to do yet we have these non-homosexuals raping other men. Make up your damn mind please...
