Conservatives don't get to talk about the Constitution unless they're willing to follow it.

In words my dog can understand.

Criminals don't have rights.

What's funny is that I don't even believe in god, and I'm (and folks such as yourself) the one standing-up for our god-given rights.

We used to be a Country of Laws.

Now, we have a Nation of Crybabies.

The people in line deserve to become Citizens.

The Border jumpers are Criminals.

If you say they are not. You are lying to yourself.

Anyone who support illegal immigration should post their addresses. These people need a place to stay!

The very basis of our justice system is due process, and innocent until proven guilty.

A deportation force, huh?

Is this what America has become and what we find acceptable?

We are going to allow the government to create a force in which they have the ability to uproot people, detain them and ship them off to wherever?

You're aware we already have that right? It's called ICE.

Yes, they broke the law to get here, but is the solution to create a new government bureaucracy that is going to go door to door searching for illegals? Are we going to rip them from their home and families and ship them off somewhere?

That is criminal in and of itself and a violation of constitutional protections.

And even they have a process that must be followed.

This is incredibly scary to me. As much of an opponent to illegal immigration as I may be, this kind of thing is antithetical to American notions of liberty and should be resisted.

Oh really? How exactly do you enforce immigration laws then? Every country on earth has a force like this. In fact, America has one too! It's called ICE.

I have no confusion. Stop your unending flow of right-wing garbage rhetoric for a second and read:

When someone, anyone, is accused of a crime in this country, they are given due process under our laws.

That due process does not in any sense involve immediately putting them on a bus, train, plane or automobile and "shipping them back."

Did I call you a name? Quote it. No apology needed; I honestly don't care.

As far as what I said to the group, feel free to follow the age-old advice: if the shoe fits, wear it.

Is this some of that fierceness you related too. There is no
constitution if the law doesn't apply to everyone equally.
Maybe I need use the headliner code?
Quit hiding behind due process that only presents an
impossibility to our justice system. Guilt of being here illegally
can be assertained in the field. Trump seems to know that just fine.
Trying to catagorize and label my renegade ass is like wizz'n in the wind.
It's just gonna blow all over you. And right now I wouldn't give a bucket
of wizz for your flamming fierceness.

Their Due Process would have been offered (or whatever you want to use) IF THEY HAD PRPEPRLY APPLIED to come to the US

Stop acting like they should be afforded the same rights as legal US citizens.

Tell you what. Go and try sneaking into Mexico and report back how well you are treaded when caught.

The Declaration of Independence says that "All Men Are Created Equal".

ALL MEN. Not just citizens, but every person that has been born with the inalienable rights granted to them by their creator.

Therefore, ALL men are afforded rights whether they are a citizen of this country or not. IN that spirit we must maintain due process. That does not include creating a force to go hunt people down, incarcerate them and then do god knows what with them.

THIS ^^^

Call me nuts, if you like, but I do look forward to a One World Government, where human rights are extended equally to all human citizens of the earth. There still will be countries and patriotism, but people will be free to roam the earth at will, without concern for borders, and choose to live their lives and settle down how and where they see fit.

Truly an honor to engage with you my friend. Can't understand why you're unable to just be a human being to me. Getting to the point where you're violating T&C's.

We are in agreement then. The due process is you check them out. Are they legal and following the proper established channels? No? Then deportation is appropriate.

I never said scoop people up, put them on trains and send them back. That must be something you picked up from somewhere else.

NOBODY has said this. This what the far left wing propaganda is saying.

Your statement of criminals not having rights is just plain wrong. Hate to burst your bubble but they do and it is clearly laid out in the constitution.

Police and border control officers.

Just make them do there job instead of creating a NEW alphabet agency that will cost multi billions (mostly going to some politician/bureaucrats slush fund ) and recruiting from a pool who were to dumb/aggressive/lazy/petty to be a cop/TSA/DEA/AHSHDDHWHDEDWHDWE ect officer.
