The parts are NOT being sold, this court ruling has NO bearing on that aspect anyway. Note Introvert's first post in the thread.

Well if the body parts are from dead babies, and the "parents" don't want anything for the dead baby/fetus, then I don't see what is wrong about selling them as long as it go's to a research organization for actual research and experiments, or medicine.
But as to the actual topic, finally the court does what is right.
Would you say the same for a dead relative? Or some random dead person? If we find a dead homeless person, should we just sell their body because no one cares what happens to it?

For the sake of research and the betterment of the human race, then yeah.
Obviously they should first seek the relatives and get their consent.
Now, I don't agree with the law you've cited, that was passed by the pro-life Bush administration, but abortion isn't murder. However, the G.W. Bush admin and their pro-life cronies want you to know that if your force a woman to have an abortion, you'll be charged with murder

Do we only draw the line of life at humans though? Have you ever stepped on a cricket? Why does a superiority complex automatically result in a determination of life? If life is life, there should be no separation between us and the insects.
The premise is the same! Abandoning morality for the sake of "advancement" is not advancement at all
the difference? the word DONATION and SELLING

You may think that abortion is immoral. but I can't understand why donating aborted results is immoral. Abortions will still happen, and no one is having an abortion for the purpose of donating an intact fetus!
What is the difference between the organ and tissue donation of a fresh cadaver and afresh fetus?
Plain as day said they get 200 bucks a volunteer as a bonus
then why are they asking for certain organs and why do they "position" the fetus in certain ways as to OBTAIN them
Let the TRUTH be heard......release everything at full length and let all be known

they are obviously intact before they are aborted or they wouldnt need an ultrasound in order to "Position" them as to harvest the right parts now would they?
OR to harvest the WHOLE specimen, now would they?
Spare me

So? What's your point? Do you know why late term abortions are performed?
