The parts are NOT being sold, this court ruling has NO bearing on that aspect anyway. Note Introvert's first post in the thread.

.........then why are they asking for certain organs and why do they "position" the fetus in certain ways as to OBTAIN them......

And why do the PP people get bonuses for getting people to sign up to DONATE those organs.......

Plain as day said they get 200 bucks a volunteer as a bonus.......

sure.......no money being made.......

Give me a break

When we have lost sight of whats clearly WRONG regardless of what the law says , or what scientific advancement has been made at the detriment of our own moral fiber, we are LOST as a society

Im disgusted, disappointed , and outraged

This ruling is appropriate........

Let the TRUTH be heard......release everything at full length and let all be known..........

Well if the body parts are from dead babies, and the "parents" don't want anything for the dead baby/fetus, then I don't see what is wrong about selling them as long as it go's to a research organization for actual research and experiments, or medicine.

But as to the actual topic, finally the court does what is right.

Would you say the same for a dead relative? Or some random dead person? If we find a dead homeless person, should we just sell their body because no one cares what happens to it?

For the sake of research and the betterment of the human race, then yeah.

Obviously they should first seek the relatives and get their consent.

Some countries you are an automatic donor, unless you request not to be.

Seems a better idea to me.

Now, I don't agree with the law you've cited, that was passed by the pro-life Bush administration, but abortion isn't murder. However, the G.W. Bush admin and their pro-life cronies want you to know that if your force a woman to have an abortion, you'll be charged with murder

Some states have had laws against fetal death via accident / violence /coercion/ abortion by force ect. Since 1970s

I do not agree..........

Hitler made many advancements, was it worth it?

Need I bring up the Tuskegee Syphilis experiments people lambaste all the time....as a travesty to black people......MUCH was learned by that........

Was that right? was that MORAL.......?

To try and separate this from the same is monstrous........

The premise is the same! Abandoning morality for the sake of "advancement" is not advancement at all

Do we only draw the line of life at humans though? Have you ever stepped on a cricket? Why does a superiority complex automatically result in a determination of life? If life is life, there should be no separation between us and the insects.

When was the last time any animal at ANY stage of development other than humanity carried on a discussion about morality, the ponderance of life, or the awareness of self? There's your answer.

No clue, I don't speak animal/insect/marine language. But I know they are alive too and do communicate, they just don't have any politicians. I think.

ETA
Oh here
and here

if you were in a foreign land and didn't speak the native language what would separate you?

You may think that abortion is immoral. but I can't understand why donating aborted results is immoral. Abortions will still happen, and no one is having an abortion for the purpose of donating an intact fetus!

What is the difference between the organ and tissue donation of a fresh cadaver and afresh fetus?

Plain as day said they get 200 bucks a volunteer as a bonus

According to Abby Johnson whom is a questionable source.

then why are they asking for certain organs and why do they "position" the fetus in certain ways as to OBTAIN them

Because if organs are developed in fetuses (qualified late term abortions) then the procedure needs to happen in a way that preserves the organs.

Let the TRUTH be heard......release everything at full length and let all be known

Full length versions of at least the first two have been released. I'm sorry to say this to you but you clearly either didn't watch them, let the source decide for you how to feel about it or you're too emotional to have fully understood what was going on.

There is no profiting going on.

Right, the woman donates her aborted results. PP is compensated for their troubles, and expenses. Stemexpress, a private for profit corporation, makes a profit.

Nothing illegal or immoral there!

they are obviously intact before they are aborted or they wouldnt need an ultrasound in order to "Position" them as to harvest the right parts now would they?

OR to harvest the WHOLE specimen, now would they?

Spare me

So "qualified" designates the morality of the issue does it.....

Then I expect to not see you on any Black LIves matter threads in the defense of anyone that was killed because the court found it.......

WITHIN THE LAW.....the hypocrisy on this issue on what the law dictates, and other issues on what the law dictates is very telling

and actually ive watched ALL of them, full length and they are just as grotesque , even more so actually than the amended versions.....

Anyone that says otherwise has NOT watched the full versions.......

Its like watching a movie trailer........it doesnt lie its just amended to the action.....the message is the same

Please try again

OK, I will oppose animal abortion clinics as well. Mickey will have to mouse-up and Minnie will have to think about someone other than herself and actually raise the baby mice.

Happy?

you forgot miscarriage and surprisingly I think that more mothers have been prosecuted and imprisoned for having a miscarriage than anything else....
so well, that should reveal what the true intention of the law was...
to protect the fetus from the mother!
