Okay, but who knowingly emails top secret stuff to a non-governmental email address? Shouldn't THOSE people be hung out to dry?

I never know who's going to email me what. That's like saying it's my fault I got some Spam.

Man you're trying too hard. This was an unforced error on her part. No one but Hillary chose to circumvent protocols and use her own server for official correspondence.

What about the people sending her these emails? I mean anyone can send me something illegal to my email address, it doesn't mean I *asked* to be sent something I shouldn't be in possession of.
Has anyone asked her why? What prompted this decision? What purpose was it to serve? She had to know the rules/protocols/law. She's a lawyer as well as the person responsible for out diplomatic relations with world governments. If it was merely a foolish error, we don't need a fool running the most powerful military on the planet as leader of the free world. She should have just gone off into the sunset enjoying her ill gotten gains.

Whoever she was emailing surely knew that it was out of the SOP to use personal accounts for that classified material.
So who is it gonna be that blows her in. We should start an official ATS poll for this.
HUMA...HUMA...HUMA...
She will break first. The IG is just getting started on her.

For all we know Clinton's personal server might have been the most secure server in gov. ... at the very least more secure than the hacked gov servers until someone proves her servers were cracked?
Yes I remember that now. So she expects people to accept it's much easier to set up an run a server than it is to program a smart phone to access multiple email accounts. I see. That makes perfect sense

Because she somehow doesn't know that it's possible to put 2 email accounts on a single smart phone... seriously.
That was her excuse. She said she didn't want to carry 2 phones for separate email accounts.
In other words: she played dumb. Anybody who knows her history realizes that she kept everything private so she could carry out all of her shady deals and receive bribes without oversight.

Last week FBI agents visited Platte River Networks which was involved in handling the Clinton email accounts. Sources related to that visit told CBS4 Investigator Rick Sallinger the company has been asked to preserve any information related to the emails involving Bill and Hillary Clinton.
The company’s website lists awards including for being among the best Colorado businesses and places to work. But Metro State University Assistant Professor of Computer Information Systems Dr. Edgar Maldonado says there are questions about what security protocols were in place.
“I would say it’s not the best choice,” Maldonado said.

Nope..you do in fact need two phones, because the gov has it's own system. Congress, the pres et al. have to have a phone dedicated to gov if they have a gov email. It used to be Blackberry, which was one easy way to tell if it was an official call or personal call the Pol was taking. iPhone and Samsung personal..Blackberry was work. Something to do with a proprietary encryption.

So what you're saying, and what has actually been proven by the media, is that she was carrying 2 phones anyway which makes her excuse an even bigger load of BS.
There's going to come a time when you realize how foolish you were to defend Hillary Clinton.
At the time, according to reports, government-issued Blackberry phones were unable to access multiple email accounts.
Still today, many federal employees juggle two devices — the government-issued BlackBerry, favored for its uniformity and security, and a personal smartphone for games, photos and other apps.
But it wasn't until 2013, Clinton's last year at State, that Canadian smartphone maker Research in Motion unveiled a feature called BlackBerry Balance meant to separate personal information, including personal e-mail accounts, from work data, which can be managed by corporate security administrators and protected by encryption.

So you were pretty much wrong about everything in your post...not my opinion, but the engineering reality of Blackberry..
Not opinion...Not me saying crap...but the Feds choice on gov issued phones and the engineering history of the Blackberry...take your problem up with reality..not me.
Much of the classified information in the e-mail conversations originated with the CIA, according to two government officials familiar with the records. Some of the information was deemed to be classified by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s classification guidelines. The information included references to information related to satellite images and electronic communications, according to the officials.
