NYSE floor trading halted; no sign of cyberattack

Not saying there are not issues with cyber security of course but let's not jump the gun.

NYSE just released a statement that they chose to shut down trading due to internal computer issues and state emphatically that this is not a hack.

just heard on CNBC that the FBI have contacted the NYSE to offer help if needed......yeah, right because the FBI gets involved in router problems...ok sure

Agreed, but I heavily lean towards attack over random glitches given the totality of the problems today and the current problems with oversea markets.

Well to be honest I am not worried about my fellow man(Strangers) in times like this. As long as my family and close friends band together like we southerners do, then everything should be ok. May have to trade a little more instead of using currency for a time being. May end up fracturing a few of these bull# laws of the U.S. until it gets easier. But life goes on

I was watching the norse map earlier and saw that.

Have no idea what is in ST Louis worth attacking but it must be something because every time I watch that map, it is getting attacked.

At times like this it's nice to be dirt poor...

But I know the 'trickle down effect' only 'effects' the masses when the money evaporates ... as in when the ship sinks we all go down, when it floats, we, the masses, are sequestered in steerage.

But hopefully this won't turn more interesting, unless you're one rooting for a mass collapse in order to rebuild a better, fairer world, that is.

They announce every other hack like Target just last November but United airlines as part of this supposed conspiracy along with the WSJ another commercial venture and the stock exchange they don't announce?
