Ah, more prideful hubris.

I've read your bible, quite likely, more times than you have. But enough waving our biblical e-peens and all that.

Nowhere in it does it say that "Fromabove gets to decide who is Christian and who isn't."

You're merely offering your own arrogant interpretation of words that were written down by other humans (at best), and more than that, you're pridefully adding your own words into the mouth of your god, which is, according to your own book, a far, greater crime than loving another person, however that is done.

I'm glad I don't share your beliefs in a vengeful, spiteful sky-god ... it would make me nervous to even be talking with someone who presumed to speak in such a god's place.

Really? I thought the State Department changed their policy to accept the gender on state's drivers licences? Of course in some states (Alabama i think?) they won't even change the gender marker on the driver's license. I count myself lucky to have been born in a state where the gender marker was changed on my birth certificate before I even learned to drive

I'll be the first to admit that "Being Equal" doesn't mean anyone has to like you or agree with you.

As one of the most historically repressed and unfairly discriminated-against groups in American history, LGBT folk, as any humans, probably crow a bit too loudly that "we've won."

Now, I think we all need to forget about these silly, unanswerable questions, accept that we're all Americans, and move on.

There's a lot of work to be done in our country. We all have plenty to do.

This really. Everyones human. Everyone is guilty of being wrong occasionally and everyone deserves forgiveness. Im gay and usually give Christians a hard ride with the gay stuff (pardon the pun) but after reading what was said here I may be a bit less hard on them. This ruling was the right thing to do, everyone deserves thier fair shot at happiness.

You can spin all you want friend. You are still judging. Your god's own child attended to those who were sinners. They were not below your god's mercy. Your god will make the judgment, if said god is indeed real. But for a moment let me put away my Isis hat (see: the Goddess....not the terrorist group)

If I am a christian and I meet a gay man, know he is gay, and believe he lives in sin, then I offer said man to see what I think is the light. Yes? Ok no problem. If he disagrees and wishes me and my word gone, then I MUST be gone. The problem with people who believe and preach as you do is that you are going against your own book. WHICH I might add was written by a human.

But again let's get past that and go with the bible as is and make no alterations. I am charged with making gentle and caring attempts to reach out to the masses in effort to turn them to the light. This I have no problem with. But I, as a human follower, infallible, and imperfect, MUST walk on down the road and spread the word elsewhere. Because at that point, while I may feel for the person who rebuked me, and fear for him, it is no longer my duty as a christian to batter him with my judgment. I can silently pray for him and that is the end of the game.

I WANT TO MAKE IT ULTRA-CRYSTAL CLEAR...the rest of this post is NOT directly pointed at you Fromabove. My use of "you" is general and set only to those christians who feel the need to judge. I am well aware of the huge number of Christians who are loving, accepting and some of the most beautiful people I have, or ever will, meet.

But that is not where some pushy christians stop. They DO judge, and take it upon themselves to tell us "sinners" how much we are destroying the world, humanity and living against god's will. Well friends I think it is time you and some others cozy up to some reality.

1. You are NOT and NEVER were intended to be the judge. Make your attempt, then silence yourself and continue to work on your own christian foundation. If you do this, I promise you as a pansexual, follower of Isis, and a sinner myself, I will respect you more than damn near anyone I can think of. I mean that 100%. If you care enough to try and move me to your light, I admire you. But that admiration ceases the second I become second-class and you decide to berate, insult and verbally abuse me and mine for two reasons. Firstly, that is NOT an effective mechanism for turning me to god. Second, you have betrayed yourself and god by firing off your offensive and hate-filled speech.

2. Why do you care so much more outwardly about this particular sin? Make no mistake, my Goddess would not enjoy me sexualizing an animal, but the problem I have is how quickly and rabidly some christians will verbally attack a gay man, a gay woman, a transexual/transgender man or woman, and yet the level of outcry for the ACTING pedophiles in the priesthood is relatively silent. The assaults and attacks on "christians" who are adulterers, addicts, gamblers, liars, thieves, and murderers are never close to the same fiery hatred that us scary LGBTer's are privy to on a daily basis. Why so much more attack on a gay man and yet no focus on the rampant sins of so-called christians or heteros? Spare me the faux, pseudo-fear for humanity. Just be honest. Tell me you think the time I messed with men was gross. Tell me you think me kissing a transwoman is disgusting. Just be real. But don't attack my life and ignore the myriad of sins in your own community. But all of this is moot...because...

3. You tell me and prove to me now that you are free of sin or I am done listening to your insanely hypocritical rhetoric. Attack yourself if you must attack. Look at your sins, become the embodiment of god or christ and THEN come at me.

Until then, get over yourself you pompous, arrogant, sycophantic and pathological hate machine.
