Nope. I've never heard any gay person (who wasn't a Christian) ask for any sort of Christian "blessing."
Nope. The "cake baking thing" and the "picture taking episode" are about equality before the law of public accomodation.
What about the Christians who are homosexual? What about the homosexuals who are Republican? Your argument seems overly simplified.
No, being homosexual doesn't make anyone a second-class citizen ... inequitable laws like sodomy laws, blue laws and associated procedures did.
Thankfully, another one of those fell today.

One wonders why Christians are only "confronting" homosexuality, when they have divorce, theft, dishonesty, fornication, adultery ... not to mention pride and a lack of compassion ... what's so special about homosexuality?

I guess the battle will be between two protected groups, Christians and Homosexuals. If gays do not want Christians in their face, they should stay out of theirs. Equal rights means equal rights. It will be a new day when Christians stop screaming about homosexuals. They have been for hundreds of years and have mainly been on the winning end, It is the other team's turn.
You are correct. However, keep in mind. Verbal Battle against them may not work out the way you think it will. After all, if what you say is correct and Christians have been talking smack about gays for hundreds of years, in the end it apparently didn't work out too well for them did it???
It may not end well for you either should you take up their same methods.

Beezer, we are old and out of date.
If one now says anything that disagrees with the socialist liberal progressive agenda, one is engaging in hate speech.
Because I disagreed with the Supreme Court getting involved rather than letting States decide, which they had been doing and all would eventually do: I have been called (subtly, a racist and now anti-womens rights)
No matter I said I thought gays should be allowed to marry, because I see unfortunate unintended consequences in the ruling, I have been branded a hater.
One can no longer disagree with any liberal idea
one can no longer disagree with any socialist idea
one can no longer disagree with any progressive idea
regardless of the idea, be it a tiny issue or a big issue
without being bullied by the liberal socialist progressives
and being called a hater and engaging in hate speech
The very fact that you support the right of people who disagree
to disagree with the ruling
automatically in the eyes of the liberal socialist progressive
makes you a hater and engaging in hate speech.
The liberal socialist progressive can not tolerate free speech
if the speech in any way differs from the proscribed and
accepted ideas of the liberal socialist progressive left.

So now it's the Christians turn to be discriminated against and become second-class citizens?

A good Christian knows they aren't perfect so don't paint us all the same.

You speak for your god? You decide who is Christian and who isn't?
Nope. Christians "serve sin" on a daily basis, including the butcher, the baker and the candlestick-maker. None of these folks ever polled any of their other customers to determine their religious purity, did they? The baker even baked a cake for a dog's wedding.
You are, at least from my perspective, vastly overestimating the value of your (apparent) extremist take on Christianity.
There are many homosexual Christians, and many Christians who follow the teachings of Jesus and don't set themselves up as judges.
I can see that you aren't one of those. You do realize you don't speak for god or other Christians, right?
Right?
