Although I do not wish to alarm you over much, I should state that in my view, the best thing to do would be to consult a medical professional if you find yourself unable to climb down and sleep. This kind of insomnia can be the result of neurochemical imbalances which themselves can be indicators of other, sometimes serious neurophysical, or sometimes glandular problems in the offing, so it is really worth getting some professional advice about the situation, rather than just soldiering on.

I am not alarmed.
It's just I can't go to a doctor..

I can tell my chemicals are off
Thyroid, adrenal.. dunno

I'm getting close to sleep now..
just not going to try until I am sure.

My motor skills are surprisingly nice, and I stopped hallucinating.

Ah damnit.

Even with the changes to American healthcare over the last few years, it still seems absurd that anyone ever has to pay for treatment, except through universal taxation. I guess healthy people can afford to be greedy though. Sorry to hear that the whole mess is affecting your ability to seek aid when you need it!

We will take it back. It jsut shouldn't be thought of in some movie plot or conspiracy theory site way.. Any small change any of us can make..

This site has taught me just the insane amount of people on the struggle, and under the struggle. Other sites I have been on were never this close.

We most certainly will take it back! And in doing so, demonstrate a different way of living and cultural story that places value on people rather than fiat currency. That's how it should have been from the start.. All of us working towards a unified goal rather than spending our time attacking those who see the world differently. It's a false paradigm from the start, since we ALL see this place differently. Rather than use that diversity for conflict, we can use it to inspire and create together. Something which will benefit everyone, from the poorest of the poor to even the tyrants.

KL, how much exercise and activity do you get throughout a normal day?

The rest of that was perfect. our enemies are not certain people or things, because other people or things will become those same enemies. You become the enemy you face.. It's what happened to America I think. Blow up Iraq, get ISIS, blow up ISIS get alqueda, Blow up Alqueda, get Iranians.. Blow up the Iranians get the Sauds... STOP facing enemies.. Stand with allies.

Anyway.. Up until the last 2 weeks I've been working 8 hour shifts 5-6 days a week running around bending lifting.. Very Nice work out. Sex a bit here and there? Glad I have that former Army Training. Since then I have been pretty inactive.

I would consider my self below average health at the moment.

Oh and I slept for maybe 2 hours last night. Yummmm

Zealotry tends to be met with zealotry doesn't it? The most clear for me, personally, is the conflict between atheism and theism. The former rarely even acknowledges the possibility of zealots and the latter attempts to claim that everyone in their group sees things *exactly* the same way on every topic.

In a way, it is absolutely fascinating. But, rather than have such interactions be the basis for our entire society and culture, we can use it to identify what we should avoid. It hasn't worked for the thousands of years we have done it, so perhaps it is time to try something else!

As for the sleep, I think that it is a habitual action in many ways. For me, pain is what keeps me from sleep, but I think the principle is the same. I started to foster other habits that I knew would facilitate the sleep habit. So, everything from exercise to meditation is done at specific times every day. I also have a set time to be in bed, and a set time to get out of bed. Sometimes it leads to just laying there for hours, but overall, it has led to better sleep. It took a month or two to establish the new habits, but it was a multi faceted approach. I used quite a few different small changes and it yielded better sleep. I set up habits even down to what lights to leave on and what sounds to have in my sleeping environment. There is an enormous amount of "stuff" in a method like this, but have you tried an extensive overhaul of your daily habits in order to stabilize the sleep habit?

I have easy enough sleep EVERY night. I will for sure increase my physicality. I don't have trouble falling asleep, I don't have trouble staying asleep, and I wake up WIDE awake. I'll make some new habits. Meditation will only make this MUCH worse, until I gain back good frequency controls. It just gives me way too much energy. It hasn't been the same since that kundalini thing that blew through me.

I'll be able to fix this, you helped me lock into what it was in my head. Thank you for that. I am truly grateful.

But these events are not my doing, well they could be I don't always know what all of me is doing..

Thanks again.

I have claimed my title.
Can you make it official?
Is there some sort of ceremony?
Ritual sacrifice?
Do we all hold hands and sing Space Jam?
We need the others.
And the puppet master as well.

I actually prefer to call what I do "sitting," as I technically meditate continuously. But, for ease of language and communication I just say "meditate." There are also dozens of different forms of meditation, some of which might allow those energies to simply do their own thing while your perception and breath does its own thing.

Regardless, it is simply what I do to help with my own sleep. Once a solid foundation was in place, I also found that the framework built on top could be changed at will without affecting the base. I think everyone will build all of that a bit differently, which is a beautiful thing. At the very least, their location in time and space will be unique.

Those kundalini experiences can sure be interesting though. I've had quite a few myself! At a certain point, they just became incorporated into my every day being. Almost like taking a deep breath. Or a good sneeze.

You are most welcome KL. Sometimes the vantage point from another location can help us grow in our own.

I also "meditate" always. You could call it communion.

Sitting maybe I could try a grounding type.

It's just I've trained myself all in one direction to raise the energy.

Self taught all by "accident." So that kundalini Blasted me.

And meditation also improves my sleep and everything really, but only when I am in control of it. So thta's actually a good hint. Wait till I am powered down more to do a sitting or a horse stance.
