got any statistics on that? SR
Natural law, or the law of nature (Latin: lex naturalis; ius naturale), is a philosophy of law that is supposedly determined by nature, and so is universal. Classically, natural law refers to the use of reason to analyze human nature — both social and personal — and deduce binding rules of moral behavior from it. Natural law is often contrasted with the positive law of a given political community, society, or state. In legal theory, on the other hand, the interpretation of positive law requires some reference to natural law. On this understanding of natural law, natural law can be invoked to criticize judicial decisions about what the law says but not to criticize the best interpretation of the law itself. Some scholars use natural law synonymously with natural justice or natural right (Latin ius naturale), while others distinguish between natural law and natural right.

I never thought that the Patriot Act would pass the Constitutional test.
I never thought droning American citizens would pass the Constitutional test.
I never thought free speech zones would pass the Constitutional test.
I never thought that these gun laws would pass the Constitutional test.
Everyone appears to be well read on what the Constitution will allow and not allow. . .
Yet. . . .
Every year we see laws, posse commitatus, eminent domain, taxes, being passed and not argued even though they are in direct violation of the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

It wouln't anyway.
There's no way that any state would allow 'international law' to supersede the Constitution. That's ridiculous.
Just more pandering during election season it seems.

Prisoners, come on woman! Texas having a high prison population that's your correlation? what does this have to do with thinking Obama's a Muslim?
and everyone's a believer in prison not surprising. As soon as they walk out, out goes the book too.
In my defense, you just asked if I had statistics, but didn't reference which post you wanted statistics on, so I assumed my post on atheists in prison populations.
