Hey, hey! You went there! If any sane person, avoids something for good reason. ...it's a good reason. It's not a "phobia"... it's a good reason. Look up the word "reason". Tin horn, If you can't figure that out? ... Well? I got a damn good reason.

I get your point. Some people are not afraid of transgender people but they just are not accepting it as normal or something.

What I am trying to say that it does seem that many who don't accept it are afraid.

"Afraid" and "unaccepting" are to very defferent things. Because folks don't accept something doesn't mean they "fear" it. This "phobia" nonsense you mentally ill people label sane people with is your delusion. Not ours.

Not specifically about homosexuality... but in general... this is all about NewSpeak. Changing or inventing words to push X-agenda.

Prefer a legal, civil union that provides all the rights of what is often called "traditional marriage" that isn't called Marriage (or Gay Marriage, as people call it).... you're a homophobe. Totally changing the meaning of phobia.

Uncomfortable with, say, a Mosque being built within the limits of Ground Zero in NYC, even though you don't mind Mosques anyplace else and, in general, welcome Muslim immigrants into the alleged Melting Pot.... you're an islamophobe. Totally changing the meaning of phobia.

If someone doesn't agree that women that fail to pass the physical tests to become a firefighter should get a "pass"... or if someone doesn't agree that the standards should be lowered for this potentially life saving (or life ending, as it were) position to be politically correct in the male-female ratio... you're labeled a sexist. Totally broadening the meaning of the word sexist to the point where the word is basically changed.

Essentially, it appears that 1984's New Speak is happening incrementally on a regular basis.

You will either agree with us or you will shut the hell up.

So what is your theory then?

Who is "they" that have done these "test"? Is it the same "they", that could, possibly have a dog in the fight? Someone that needs validation? Again! You also, as the OP, are using the word "afraid" (fear) un-intellectually. But as a derogatory term, ment to alienate sane people from this conversation. If truth hurts one should go where truth is not wanted.

A square is a circle with edges, and a circle is a square without edges. Please prove to me that my theory is wrong. It has been proven that a mothers thoughts influence the fetus. Proven!a reply to: murphy22

Would the Word Bigot be better used instead of X-Phobic?

You wont like the answer, but here it is:

You are not a girl. You are a male, no matter how much you pretend you're not.

IF your DNA was found at a crime scene, police would be looking for a guy, not a chick.

You should seek mental health assistance instead of pretending youre something everyone knows youre not.

I guess if someone is more into tossing bombs than having discussions, then sure, why not?

Note: There are plenty of people on the fringe of most issues that toss thoughtless bombs already, so to them, fire away.

Everything can have "edges" in a fourth dimension. What's your point? Your ma can "think" all she wants while she's carrying you. Ounce you're born? You're in reality. Sorry, cold hard fact! "Proven"? By who? You have a "theory"? I'm not a rocket scientist. But I do know that "Proven" and a "theory" are a couple billion dollars and moral bankruptcy away from facts.

Her Gender is Female though, just because she was Assigned "Male" at birth doesn't change her Gender-Identity which she was Born with.

i've talked about this before, but there have been Males that have been born with two X Chromosomes, there have been Males that were born with a Uterus, there are things that exist outside the Binary

"Her"? Sounds like you've validated his problem. It's people like you that doesn't help "deny ignorance". People are born with two heads. And they don't promote everyone should have two heads. There is a big deference in a legitimate handicap and mental illness. Don't be an enabler.

It's not a Mental Illness, maybe you should do some research and "Deny Ignorance" yourself, there have been many studies that show Trans Men have Similar Brain scans as Cisgender males and Trans Woman have similar Brain Scans as Cisgender Woman.

Gender-Identity is what you are born with and it doesn't always Match your assigned Sex

I am not a Mental Illness, She is not a Mental Illness and no GLBTQ+ person is a Mental Illness

I apologize for possibly butting into the debate between you two....
But I take issue with saying that a girl being born an anatomically correct girl is "assigned" a girl and a boy being born an anatomically correct boy being "assigned" a boy.

Are there kids born with physical abnormalities? Absolutely. However, claiming that boys and girls are "assigned" as such is intellectually insulting at worst, or willfully ignorant at best.

A female brain in a male body or a male brain in a female body is mental illness? I will give you this one... yes it is an handicap. Life has dealt them bad cards.

I think you make a great point (unless I misunderstood it).
At the end of the day people that, through no fault of their own, deal with issues such as these have an extra layer of difficulty beyond the standard get-a-job make-a-living create-a-life struggles that everyone has to deal with.

That may be your perception. But in reality? It has nothing to do with "fear" or a "phobia" in as much as, an inpaulse of nausea.
