The average Russian does not believe that the US is behind every problem, in fact, many just don't believe the US has as much influence as it is assumed.
Russian politics stinks, but it is what it is.
The only thing that separates Russian politics from Western politics, is that in the West, you have a better mechanism to get rid of them.
