I don't have the know how to circle them but they seem to be standing upright and bent on the top ?

Looks like whoever made the mosaic used that same image twice.
Edited to add that, most likely, the mosaic was done by some automated method that repeated the image, that has happened to me when I make my mosaics.
Edit 2: I suppose there's a photo missing on that area, as I tried to make a mosaic with the photos from that sol and I also got a repeat area (using Microsoft's Image Composite Editor).
