The White House is on lockdown due to an unattended package on the north fence line, according to a Secret Service official.

Lafayette Park -- which is across the street from the White House -- has been cleared.

The Secret Service is investigating and will reopen the White House as soon as possible.

but this wasnt a hollywood created explosion, missile weapon systems damaged their targets by fragmentation, modern aircraft normally have protected fuel tanks and control systems for protection from items on runways failing tires and a safety margin for crash landings etc to prevent ignition . have you seen the pictures and videos of the aircraft fragments that isn't at the impact site? a good indication the of aircraft failing apart previously.

Just because it's been discussed doesn't mean that it has been proven. I haven't seen any concrete evidence either way. I have read the whole thread and have not seen anything that says this isn't the same plane. On the other hand I haven't seen anything to support that it is one in the same.

Well now that you mention it yes. I had assumed that they had catered meals and 5star resort experience for the past few months. Complete with daily massage therapy, acupuncture and an open bar. /sarcasm.

Just because I have suggested that it is the same plane as previously disappeared, does not mean that I think the original passengers are still around and breathing. It's one thing to hide a plane it's another to hide 200+people for several months and all of the food, supplies, housing and waste that would entail.

Made all of these 7 and 17 references interesting to me.

WSJ: US intelligence agencies now confirming a SAM did indeed bring down the airliner. Intelligence community is divided however if the missle came from the Eastern or Western side of the border.

Confirmed on fox a SAM did take it down, so now who is to blame.

So a slow walker DID see the flare from the launch. So they are debating were the launcher was. So I guess the U.S. DID put it's intercept data on the table right away. I have had a good day. I pretty sure the russians shot "over the heads" of the ukrainians to implicate them. Cool!

There also appears to have been two Ukrainian SU-25 fighter jets tailing MH17 up until the 'incident'.

In the radars it is quite quiet, for the incredulous ones, knocked down for kiev, here we know it and military air control also

Plane B777 was flying escorted by 2 ukraine fighters until moments before it disappeared from radar

right after the flight disappeared from radar the kiev military authority informed us of the crash...

7 minutes in, they claimed the plane was shot down and then foreign personnel who are still here took over the tower

All recorded on radar, for unbelievers, shot down by #Kiev, here we know it & military air traffic control knows it too

Basically, the ATC knows that Ukraine military shot down plane but. . . no one knows who gave the order! The other part is that 'foreign' personnel took over tower & are still there.

Yes, I happened to think about this too and found the following mentioned on another site:

MH 17 = 7
Date 17 = 7
Month July = 7
Year 2014 = 2+0+1+4 = 7
295 passengers= 2+9+5=16, 1+6 = 7
Boeing 777 = 7
MH 17 (Reg 9M-MRD) made 1st flight on 17-7-97
MH 17 end 17 years later

I'm not a numerologist, but I did also notice that 17 is a prime number.. the 7th prime number.

It's hard not to dismiss this information, even if it is just coincidence.

Sorry if this has already been mentioned, but doesn't it seem strange that one Malaysian Airlines flight went missing (370), and now we have a same model plane/airline crash on land in an area already under intense scrutiny with lots of press and cameras nearby? Is MH17 actually MH370? I know logic says no, but sometimes you can't dismiss instinct/vibes, or whatever you want to call it.

Let's use reason and facts, but I think it's perfectly acceptable to speculate and perform thought experiments in the meantime.

There was a video on liveleak purporting to show the missile plume and impact but it was quickly pulled from the site, did anyone else see it? It certainly looks like a missile plume cork screwing as it closed in on it's target. I'm not sure if it being pulled adds or detracts from it's potential authenticity!?

Dutch news just showed a tapped phone call released by Ukranian intelligence that has rebel leaders admitting they downed the plane by accident, if I understood correctly.

That seems pretty quick to release such a thing.

Numbers and codes are all bull #. You can take any event and if one looks hard enough they can come up with some silly numerics to tie to it that has absolutely nothing to do with it. Its for folks with tin foil hats on who live in parents basements.

We are going to need to get the NTSB and the FBI to go in there and look at the evidence. Then we are going to need to get the CIA to produce a video showing that what 700 eyewitnesses saw, they didn't see. Then we are going to need to get CNN to repeat over and over what the US government is telling them. Then we are going to have to wait years to a get a conclusion of the investigation.

That's funny, cause in the lifenews video I posted earlier, they show a lot of Dutch passports (mint condition). They even open some and show their holders.
