Though worded perhaps strongly, another has written here the strictes definition of why, biblically, a perfect life was owed. That, I suppose, is God's law. I still have trouble with that explanation, as it seemed the "New Testament," was about a new covenant. If it was, then how is it Jesus's life was owed for Adam and Eve, of the Adamic Covenant.
It's neither here nor there to me, really. The point of the thread was really about how mankind uses organized religion… I think you mostly got that.
