KIEV, June 16 (RIA Novosti) – Russian special services may stand behind the events at the Russian embassy in Kiev, Ukraine’s Interior Ministry said Monday.
"We believe that the result of these events could also be a clever provocation by Russian special services," the adviser to the Ukraine’s Interior Minister Anton Gerashchenko said at a briefing in Kiev.
"We do not rule out that the very idea of protesting in front of the Russian embassy was planted by the Russian special services," Gerashchenko added.
Gerashchenko noted that Ukrainian specialists are now examining such a possibility. In particular, they are trying to find out who had sent a message with a call to go to the Russian embassy in Kiev.
On June 14, scores of demonstrators gathered outside the Russian embassy in Kiev. The crowd tore the Russian flag from the embassy building and broke the pavement. Rocks and smoke grenades were thrown at the building. The protesters also hurled a Molotov cocktail at the embassy, causing a minor fire which was extinguished. The police did nothing to stop the crowd, according to local media outlets.
Ukraine’s Acting Foreign Minister Andrii Deshchytsia also joined the crow at the embassy. He spoke about Russian President Vladimir Putin using offensive language and declared his solidarity with the protesters, saying that "he would have stood there himself," according to the Ukrainian media.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on the following day that Deshchytsia had allowed himself statements that were beyond "decency". Lavrov added that he did not know how Deshchytsia planned to communicate and work with his Russian colleagues following Deshchytsia's comments on June 14.
After failing to pay its gas bill, Ukraine now has to pay in advance for any natural gas from Russia, Gazprom said on Monday. Both companies have filed lawsuits against each other at the Stockholm Arbitration Court
“This decision was taken due to systematic failure of Naftogaz Ukraine to pay. The debt of the company for Russian gas stands at $4.458 billion, including $1.451 billion for November and December 2013, and $3.007 billion for April-May 2014,” Gazprom said in a statement posted on their website.
“They’ve paid zero. Correspondingly we deliver zero,” Sergey Kupriyanov, a Gazprom spokesperson said in a press conference following the announcement.
Reuters reports that gas supplies to Ukraine were restricted off as soon as the deadline at 10:00am in Moscow passed.
And the next war, the war that we will not witness, will be on Russia’s territory – right after the “Moscow Maidan,” of course …

He seems to be very upset with Putin said there cause is lost basically not being able to hold up to the heavy weapons of the Ukrainian army. And seems irate Russia isnt helping and gives his movement weeks saying there being surrounded and cut off. But at the very end of his speech hes talking about the overthrow of Russia or maybe more Putin. he said this

I have to say I am bit disappointed with your comments. I thought, based on your military experience, you would know that Igor (Strelkov) Girkin is a former officer of the GRU (Main Intelligence Directorate), and he is not an adventurer who bangs nonsense. As a person with a 'real deal' military&intelligence experience, Girkin knows very well that things such as the number of troops, weapons, military readiness are not for public eyes, especially through public media outlets such as the site "Russian Spring".
What you read is typical Psy Ops my friend.
This article is an attempt to have NazGuard drawn into urban combat warfare based on 'gloom and doom' he provides in his reports. But I doubt NazGuard have enough confidence to try its luck at this stage. So he will keep posting these reports, or keep fishing so to speak.
The leader in Donbass is right. Where are the heavy weapons to defend against constant tank, mortar and artillery bombardment on civilians. More than 500 people have been killed and how many injured and displaced is not even countable.
The leader of the far-right Ukrainian nationalist Pravy Sektor (Right Sector) party has reportedly threatened to attack Russia's lucrative gas pipeline which travels through Ukraine to prevent the Kremlin from sparking a "Third World War".
"We cannot allow the enemy to carry out a blitzkrieg attack on Ukrainian territory," said Dmitry Yarosh, according to Voice of Russia.
The pipeline in question, the Trans-Siberian Pipeline, supplies Europe with the majority of its gas imports.
"We are well aware of the fact that Russia is earning money by transporting its oil and gas to the West through our pipe," he said. "Therefore, we'll destroy this pipe in order to deprive Russia of its financing source."

and will go ahead as planned. Europe simply has no options.

Stopping the gas from going to EU will be an act of war and a strong reason for Moscow bomb western Ukraine into ruins.
The time is also good as ISIS is pounding the living hell out of the US allies in Iraq. Now DC is going begging to Iran for help. Actions of ISIS will make the US change its plans from leaving Afghanistan. Bogged down in 2 places already, DC/London/Brussles will force shove their own tails up their rears and play meek.
Once Ukraine is solved then the Nazi Hunt II should take place with Right Sector and Svoboda types "hunted and hauled" over to 'good but short lived hospitality' by ISIS in Iraq.
Billionaire businessman Ihor Kolomoisky has suggested building a wall along the almost 2,000 km (1,200-mile) land border with Russia to prevent fighters and weapons flooding in.
The idea may sound absurd but Kolomoisky has offered to stump up 100 million euros ($136 million) to fund the two-metre (six-feet) high, 25-30 cm (10-12 inch) thick wall of reinforced steel, complete with electronic alarms, trenches and minefields.

You just make stuff up as you go along dont you? First south stream is years away from completion. Second its on hold the EU will not approve it mostly because of Putins actions. If the pipelines are destroyed it will severly curtail Russias capability to sell gas. Now if anything this attack was set up by someone not attempting to damage the transit of Russian gas. They chose a spot easily bypassed meaning destroying it was just for show. This makes it much more likely its a Russian operation than right sektor even they know the main switching lines and could easily attack those shutting off the flow through Ukraine.
Since this was obviously not done to prevent the flow of Russian gas that means either it was an accident or a show put on by Russia to try to blame right sektor in hopes of panicking Europe pick one.
The South Stream gas pipeline project will transport Russian natural gas across Europe via Bulgaria to Italy.
Construction of the Russian section of the pipeline was started in December 2012, near Anapa at the Krasnodar Territory. Construction of the Bulgarian section started in October 2013.
South Stream pipeline is being built by Gazprom (Russian) and Eni (Italian) and will be fully operational by late 2015.

yes South Stream is years away from completion. Love the confidence you use in your postings, pity it end up as a comedy most of the time.

South Stream is a reality and it is in the best interest for Europe, same like North Stream. To rely on Ukraine is
a risky business. More pipes less trouble.
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has called on fighters to lay down their arms as the crisis deepens, with dozens dead, hundreds wounded and tens of thousands of refugees.
07:39 GMT:
Over 100 civilians, including Russian and Italian citizens, have been killed during the Kiev military operation in eastern Ukraine, Russia’s Investigative Committee said.
06:34 GMT:
Ukraine's ambassador to the UN, Yury Sergeyev, accused the deceased Russian journalists of being responsible for their own deaths, claiming they were wearing no ‘PRESS’ identification.
Sergeyev accused Rossiya TV channel’s Igor Kornelyuk and Anton Voloshin of being in the middle of a “group of terrorists” attacking Ukrainian troops.
“Ten terrorists were killed in the firefight, many were wounded and only in hospital they found out that one of them is a Russian journalist,” Sergeyev said.
Kiev’s authorities had “recommended all journalists to wear special signs and armor,” but Russian reporters “wore none and worked at their own risk,” he added.

In fact, Vesti TV channel cameraman Victor Denisov confirmed that all Russian journalists he met were wearing special “PRESS” signs.
On the video published by RT earlier it can be seen clearly that there was no firefight and that the Russian journalists were accompanying a group of civilians trying to escape the war zone. A direct hit by a mortar into a group of people left no chance for anyone to survive.
While reporter Igor Kornelyuk died of fatal injuries in the pro-federalization forces’ hospital, the body of Anton Voloshin was torn to pieces, so for several hours he was considered to be missing, until his remains were identified.
Earlier, Ukraine’s Security Service also accused the killed journalists of having no accreditation from the country’s Foreign Ministry, but the necessity to obtain accreditation was actually canceled back in 2011.
05:11 GMT:
Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Ukrainian counterpart, Petro Poroshenko, discussed a possible ceasefire in eastern Ukraine and the deaths of two Russian journalists there in a late night telephone conversation, the Kremlin said.
The conversation "touched on the theme of a possible ceasefire in the area of military action in southeastern Ukraine", the Kremlin said in a statement.
It also said Putin had expressed his concern over the deaths of two Russian state television journalists, who were killed in shelling in clashes between Kiev and anti-government forces near the eastern city of Lugansk.
Poroshenko expressed his condolences and assured Putin there would be an investigation and measures would be taken to protect journalists. (Reuters)
