Putin is quite the grandmaster chess player, isn’t he? The Russian leader has pushed his country into a recession and investors are “fleeing the country.”The economic growth will be .5 for 2014 (probably optimistic). Diplomatically, Russia is increasingly isolated. Much of the world thinks the Russian president has gone nuts and has little grasp in reality.Hes scared off trading partners so there looking for alternatives making Saudi very happy i might add. Hes economically sent russia into a depression unemployment rates takes about a year to catch up to economic conditions so if thats the only good news you have Russia is in big trouble.

Russian media is using pictures from Falluja and apparently arent aware Ukrainian military doesnt even have any white phosphorus rounds. But hey in the Russian media doesnt matter about facts only how many fools they can get to believe them.

Well id say Russian involvement at this point is blatantly obvious. Russia has started sending tanks and artillery across the border into Ukraine. So unless they sell them at there local auto dealers im guessing there Russian military.Once confirmed the US and EU should immediately give Ukraine access to military equipment. Give all the international arms dealers a chance to combat test their newer stuff.

standoff in Lugansk Airport area. Looks like this is going to be next big conflict. According to NAF, there is around 2,000 of Nazgurad forces in the area. NAF allegedly asked them to surrender. All communications and water at airport has been cut off 2 days ago. Possible use of Air Forces in order to deblock Nazguard forces.

You show whats obviously a smoke grenade and claim they're using phosphorus rounds?? See they use smoke grenades to call in air support for example.




PS no surprise Russia started using video from Iraq claiming it was Ukraine since Syria was just accused of the same thing gave all the Russian bloggers an idea,Fuuniest point is Russia trying to pass off scenes of explosive damage as phosphorous rounds. the tires were particularly funny someone trying to fake a scene not realizing the tires would have melted.

Monday is coming and looks like Kiev is not going to pay its debt for gas supplied.
Will be interesting to see what is going to happen if not paid by Monday.

Ukrainian Prime Minster Arseny Yatsenyuk has ordered Energy and Coal ministries, regional governments, and Naftogaz to get ready for Russian gas supplies to be cut starting Monday, the cabinet’s website said.

The measure is dubbed “the energy sector’s functioning plan which involves the cessation of gas deliveries from the Russian Federation” and comes into effect on June 16, the document states.

With that, Kiev will launch its case against the Russian energy giant Gazprom at the Stockholm Court of Arbitration, the statement said. Yatsenyuk called for “preparations to be completed” for the process.

Moscow set Monday as a deadline for Ukraine to pay off part of its gas debt of $1.95 billion.

Gazprom will not postpone Ukraine’s gas payment deadline set for Monday, CEO Aleksey Miller said. If Kiev fails to pay and therefore causes gas transit problems to Europe, Russia will pump more through the Nord Stream and Yamal-Europe pipelines.

The final deadline has been set for 10 a.m. Moscow time (6 a.m. GMT) on Monday. If the Russian gas giant does not receive US$1.951 billion at that time, it will force Ukraine to pay for its gas supplies in advance, Miller told reporters on Thursday.
