If that is the case they would keep it quiet until the action starts or being completed not declaring it publicly now.

At the rate at which Ukrainian soldiers and armor is defecting, Russia does not need its army to take over Kiev.

What an embarrassment.
We all knew this from earlier defections, but now we can safely conclude that Ukraine doesn't even have a functional army and aren't capable to gather couple of thousands troops for their operations.
Kiev is only doing a favor for Russians by sending troops to east.
With this kind of situation development, eastern parts of Ukraine will fall much easier than I thought.

There is a grain of truth to all of it but what should be supported is the will of the Ukraine people, which is clearly divided at the moment, i'm glad and impressed it has stayed relatively bloodless thus far, fingers crossed

Proud to see the people of Ukraine & the young men in the Ukrainian military take a stand and lay down their weapons. There doesn't need to be a War!

I was impressed by how the people embraced the young military men for standing down & not fighting against it's own people. I think those young men became Local Heroes lol.

Well thats what happens when you give someone two weeks training and put them in combat they surrender and go homeon a bus. Ukrainians better wake up the military isnt going to stop this. Given 6 months and lots of training maybe but they are ill equipped and no military experience.

Somehow I do not believe it unless i see ukranian IDs in person and them swearing allegiance to the russians. Its easy to switch a flag and claim you are something you are not.
