I just listened to this lectures again. I cannot fault anything about him, nothing sounds suspicious. He sounds genuine. He's obviously very knowledgable, mature and intelligent. He's speaking of the events as if they really happened to him and with emotion. He displays a lot of technical knowledge and, what can only be described as inside-knowledge. He's very detailed with some of his exposes of events. T

What I found very telling was his claim that he has had 9 assassination attempts on him. Then, when he showed his wounds from the Dulce incident, and the "hole" in one of his limbs - that many saw there, and I believe someone also said they saw it on the video here. I have no doubts this conference really has taken place.

If this man was real, he posed an extremely huge risk to "them" and they would have to have silenced him. If they didn't and left him in plain sight, like many whistle blowers, he would have revealed a lot of information about them. The fact, that only a few months later, he was foud strangled dead in his home, 9 days after his death, makes it crystal clear to me, at least, this guy is genuine.

And I think the secrey has gone too far now. We need to end this, once, and for all. What I find particularly alarming is that he explictly said "the greys are evil"

I think Phil Schnieder is a very credible person, lots of people should read about him, i believe he knew that he would possibly be killed, im sure if he could do one thing in life it was to wake up people to what is going on.

You're actually the 1st in the list of spending on military in the world, by far, some 450 billion dollars(2004) more than 10 times the nearest country .Yes, in terms of GNP, you do not spend that much compared to other countries. Which is a little less than half of what Schneider claimed.
However in 1945 and prior, under president Truman, the military budget was $1 trillion. This coincides with what many UFO investigators believe was the beginning of black projects to reverse engineer ETV's. Where suddenly massive amounts of money were pumped into research. Schneider is thus not that far off.

Later, this dropped to under $500 billion. However, the black projects have not stopped. As we know, they have been ongoing for several decades. How are they being funded? How are they affording underground cities? Where is the manpower and resources coming from? A black budget is by nature a secret budget, to which is allocated an unknown amount of capital. Sure, if you research government figures and take their word for it, it would be reported at $30 billion.

If you are not so credulous, it makes sense that a huge portion of US budget is being used to fund these black projects. The US budget and military spending is ridden with fraud and cheating.

So what's happening here, this is trillions and trillions of dollars being rerouted or just disappearing without any traces. The national debt is probably double or triple that than it is already, which is insanely high as it is. The money is being consumed by black-projects. Which supports what Schneider is saying.

If they are indeed building hundreds of vast underground cities, and UFO's and doing experiments on time travel, teleportation, star gates, wormholes, fusion, antigravity etc. Which, now is partially known. Then it would account for all that debt we are in. Because such projects require tremendous funding. This funding began in 1945 and prior under Truman, where a TRILLION dollars was pumped into the military industrial complex, and at the time it was part of the "white budget" and then later turned "black"

In other words, this supports Schneiders claim. Which further means, that there is good evidence to suggest that beyond our matrix of a world, there exists another word that's hundreds of years advanced of us. We are being kept horribly in the dark, and deblierately backwards on everything.

i say take it all!

perhaps they have a plan in mind, with such advanced technology they might have a decent outlook on what direction humanity is headed. would they use our money for the pursuit of evil? take into account the war operations moving foward then yes. is their an ultimate project they are pursuing to better the world as we know it? no one knows... i guess all we can do is hope for the best. if sacrificing our luxurys now means we can all travel in anti-gravity cars some time in the future i say great!

What you should find out - and I have send out a request on a sort of military mailinglist I am a member to see if I can get some info - are those things that more or less are verifiable, like Phils claim that a "Delta Force" or "Black Berets" were in Bosnia and tried to feed fuel to the fire regarding the civil war.

If this kind of things turns out to be untrue, maybe the rest of what he spoke about also is....

You're building a straw man here. There is evidence to suggest, that I covered in a recent essay on NWO, that US was complicit in the Bosnian conflict. However, it would be naive to expect to find this information from a military mailing list. You will either be given misinformation, or there will be no such information.

And what are you basing that on? Oh, I see - what you have read on conspiracy theory websites as these appear to be the the only sites that have the same cut and pasted rubbish about him. What evidence are you basing your judgement on? I have yet to see evidence that he even existed.

Pretty much anyone closely associated with Bill Cooper (pretty much the other only source for Dulce, etc.) needs to be taken with a grain of salt...as Cooper's admitted to several instances of tom-foolery...(KRIL papers anyone?)

While I have no doubt that the US military can, and has built underground bases in many areas, and that some of these are likely connected with alien-related projects....such claims as these seem more the realm of fiction than fact...or at least, let's hope so.

I am not aware that Schneider has made any claims of having any links to Bill Cooper? Do I have to listen to the lectures again?

You have no doubts of the crux of what Schneider is saying. So what is left, that is beyond the realm of fact?
