I'm late to this conversation but I'm researching the topic, and while I'm not calling the vast majority of your experience into question, I can say with near certainty that the words of yours quoted above are inaccurate: 432 Hz tuning in equal temperament puts all the notes at a "between the raindrops" relationship with corresponding notes using 440 Hz as a reference point. What I am saying is that you don't end up with nice, neat enharmonic equivalents such as you've suggested. An A note tuned to a 432 Hz reference is roughly one quarter step flat of an A note at 440 Hz. Cheers!
