We do need new ideas pretty badly, so hopefully all the thinking/feeling that I do
will make a contribution.

Everyone and everything when it comes to the government/secuirty/UFO/paranormal
and the "hidden world of lifeforms" play everything so close to the vest as they say..
it's like frippin nuclear national secrets or worse, to pry one bit of novel truth out
of the world, that BADLY need to know what's going on.

I really like the concept, that there might have been exotic weapons testing
or radar/thz/plasma testing almost anywhere in the world, and it would have
caused BOL like effects to rain down almost anywhere in the world due to
disturbed "space weather".

that's the basic concept there.

its "having ones cake" and eating it too... to explain the weapons testing thing
and RFI.

Excellent news for a real life human being, something that is often forgotten in the race for the "truth" it seems.

Very important questions:
- What night(s) did this airman experience exposure?
- Is he now receiving treatment?
- How many times was he exposed?
- Does this airman carry any of the markers chronic inflammation, brain antenna or DNA markers?

Isn't this opening the floodgates for more claims? Could any of the recent TTSA things change the legal status of whatever caused the injuries?

Good day all. Another service member, great news. The medical reports would need to be genuine for the liability to be admitted and for compensation paid.

No service personnel medical records would be available for individuals to access, as in the case of John Burroughs.

When people start to wave any such records to suggest they have proof they were injured due to being a witness in the RFI, alarm bells ring, naturally.

This is just a personal opinion.

Besides it should not be the case of who, but why?

Again, what I deduce from this is the possibility a phenomena was ALSO a consequence of certain tests being carried out using THz during an SAP.

Of course the medical reports would need to be genuine. More than 3 years ago Dr. Green said about John's records.

The reasons are (I was told by current DoD and VA Records staffs) that "inside the doctors notes, the nursing notes, the specialist's note are a myriad of references to Special Access Projects and the names of OTHER "adjacent and ancillary Programs and projects that can not be disentangled, and which could uncover active and recent projects unrelated to Rendlesham. The reasons are not necessarily related to Rendlesham...and not all the connections relate to Rendlesham."

So if similar circumstance exist then the person concerned may not be able to access their records. However we do not know the circumstances. Patient confidentiality will also apply. That means unless the individual concerned is prepared to go public we have no right to know who it is or what conditions led to a successful claim. Medical records of living persons are exempt from FOI requests for good reason.

Of course the health of that individual is the most important thing.

This is where we need Isaac to speak about the potential legal ramifications of any president and defining of the phenomena / who was injured by it and any causes behind it.

Without his input, and as an armchair researcher with no legal credentials here is how I see it:

For instance, if Adam's house gets blown down, and I claim, as the insurer it was an act of God and deny the claim, that is one thing. If it then turns out that the act of God was helped by weather manipulation I ran then you are opening yourself up for HUGE legal claims later on.

So clearly the definition of the nature of the Phenomena and any interactions resulting could change who is liable and for what.

That suggests to me that the Phenomena needs to be clearly defined and not related to human interactions (the risk of trying to fool people into believing there was no human connection if there really was would be enormous).

If state technology or interference is found to be part of the RFI, then I can forsee a time when you could see every UFO experiencer and contactee attempt legal action based on the acknowledgements and implied causes.

Therefore, can we see any group attempting to define what the phenomena is, perhaps in a legal sense?

Maybe TTSA?

Is the timing good for Vets or something more?

Wouldn't you think, that after touching the BOL, that Jim Penniston
would, if anybody would, have been injured?

If the new injured person is NOT JP, then one would really wonder
who else had been running around, undocumented, sticking their

Well Kit puts thing solidly back into "my" area.

It's so strange... that a "plasma lifeform" told me about all this 5 years ago,
long before any of this broke.. and of course I have been trying hard to
take my own advice and ignore it.. but in this case it was perfectly
correct. I'm not BS'ing anyone.. you can go back over the past 5 years
on ATS and see the evolution of my understanding of what I was told.

Yes, black projects could no doubt in a "sledgehammer sort of way" give
someone an antenna for a few years before they die screaming in pain;
but I suspect that there are literally millions of people with "Antennas"
who did it the old fashioned way.. by summoning the little lifeforms
into their body so that they would nest.. rather than that "rape method"
you get by too much exposure to high energy effects.

People might not realize it..but it's far easier to do than they think..
even some people who are obsessed with abductions and say
"fusion-powered UFOs" are in fact doing it to themselves, at least
somewhat.

I'm pondering if I can gather together some other researchers and do my
own study.. as my requests to help them has fallen on deaf dears.

You are correct.. the legal ramifications are massive.

But if it is indeed black tech that is behind so many injuries..
I can't put together a scenario in my head, of how they could
possibly spin it, to avoid massive legal responsibility?

Now of course.. maybe they were trying to "blame the UFOs"
for their misdeeds.. but that has fallen apart.

AATIP'/TTSA was so bungled, any person with 2 brain cells
can no longer believe in classic UFOs.. and the leaks about
the "antenna project" are making the theories that I've
been floating for 5 years all the more viable... and
are further damaging the case for the ETH.

Now i have been wondering this..

I don't have an answer..

I mean no disrespect to Jim whatsoever.

But why would John's heart be affected, but his brain (insofar as I know) doesn't
seem to have been particularly affected?

On the other hand, Jim's heart was (apparently) fine.. but his brain, (and again
no disrespect here as the same thing happened to me) got "cooked".

If we can believe the stories.. Jim may have gotten a little closer to the BOL
and even touched it.. but John was supposedly further away but got affected
in a worse way (I can live with crazy.. heart damage is much worse).
