Who knows what fine print lurks in Obamacare regarding Doctors roles in diagnosing mental health issues and restricting gun ownership.
Care to bet at some point posting certain ideas on the web will disqualify one from exercising the 2nd Amendment?

Yes I believe that for sure, just like some extremists who have said officially and publicly, that people who believe certain things, just have to be suffering from a mental illness..

One that comes to mind is Cass Insane (Sunstein)...I can definitely see the signs that maybe sooner than later, they will attempt to officially render certain people as mentally unstable and enter it into some database like NCIC to deprive people of their right to arms, and I have a feeling that doctors that are already asking people right off the bat when they first time visit, to do that depression questionnaire are not just doing it for that patient's mental health, especially after seeing the question before that one asks if there are guns in the person's home.

Seems like a very blatant political agenda being executed here. Obama and his band of ethically challenged enablers have already publically stated that they will implement more gun control by any means necessary regardless of what America as a whole wants. And we already know they are using mental issues as a method to deny the right to arms.. I think I am going to switch to a new doctor, but I will ask them in advance if they ask the question about guns in the home, and who implemented that as part of their system of care.. This was never done before. Needs further investigation for sure.

Not sure what to make of this. December tenth Nancy said Adam had a head injury at 5:30 in the morning so she had to deal with the blood and the day was off to a rough start?

Trauma to the head then she turns around and leaves on the 11th for Bretton Woods and returns on the 13th. That doesn't sound like a typical "motherly" response to me. No dr. or emergency room visit? Untreated concussions can do strange things to people and I suspect that is the case here. No past history of violence then Sandy Hook? Why wasn't this even mentioned by police or media as a possibility?

I'm finding many things in here that contradict other reports:
1) 00041169pdf - 2010 Honda Civic driven by Lanza has a Massachussets registration. Everywhere else it is listed as a Connecticut registration.

2) 00101146pdf - Adam Lanza died of an intraoral gunshot wound (shot himself in the mouth). I could swear the final report said he was shot in the back of the head.

3)0019954pdf - the doors on the 2010 Honda driven by Lanza were closed when first encountered. (compare with Sibley interview saying "all the doors were open")

4)0063183pdf page 4, #5 - Lanza wearing "bulletproof vest". How does one make that kind of mistake?

There's plenty more but you have to dig through this one pdf at a time.

Interesting. For what it's worth, a lot of the early reports said the car had Jersey plates:

www.dailymail.co.uk...
.... police have cordoned off a black Honda with New Jersey plates believed to belong to the dead shooter.

Lol. look at how many "mistakes are in just one sentence:

He was carrying three weapons including two handguns and a rifle and was wearing a bullet-proof vest, a mask and black military gear.

No bullet proof vest.
No Mask
No military gear - he had a leg holster and cargo pants.

The rifle was recovered from the back of a car at the school. The two pistols were recovered from inside the school.

The rifle went inside the school and a shotgun appeared in it's place.

What's interesting is the source: Newtown police. This is early reporting from the first 2 days. Then the Connecticut State Police took over and the guns got changed among other things. We get different stories depending on which police department we talk to. Both should know the basic facts and agree on them, yes? So why the discrepancies between them?

People criticize us for asking questions?
They weren't paying attention then.
C'mon.

He had on a paintball vest with pockets. Which was made to look like a real military vest. I guess he had a couple magazines in the vest. Black pants with cargo pockets. Black shirt and black shoes. Black hat. I don't think he wore the leg holsters because he left two at the house. Might have been his mothers or interfered with stuffing pockets with extra magazines since the vest was not really made to carry them. I also noticed he had a empty package at his house for a phanny pack. But I have never been able to put it on him at the school.

But adding to the myth category. The story about him wearing steel toed boots when he had Black shoes on. And even the story about shooting range in the exercise room? I still have never seen any evidence of it. The targets were removed from a brown cloth bag in the closet. And one cardboard target behind a couch. No gun range just trophies from going to one.

It was an Eddie Bauer vest, I doubt them make them for paintballers.
He was wearing the leg holster and had the sig in his pants pocket.

I've found where the Medical examiner Carver says Lanza shot himself in the mouth but police reports him in the back of the head coming out the front top of his forehead.
Big difference between those 2 methods.

Original release showed the bag for the paint ball vest. Forget the name of it. I looked it up to see what it actually looked like to see if it could be mistaken for a bullet proof vest.

But you also still have this myth of a seven foot by four foot map of school shootings on the wall? Where? The only thing even close is a poster of tanks past and present.

no, i think what you're talking about is the spreadsheet....that, if printed, would measure something like seven by four....though, i have not personally SEEN this spreadsheet, so i cannot attest to the veracity of either it's content, or even, it's very existence....

It was one piece of paper from the reports of it. And it was more a spread sheet covering everything from people involved, locations, weapons used, number killed, laws enacted after wards. They really went into detail describing some thing that has never been proven to exist. But it was supposed to be on the wall some where in the house. So where is it?

They showed the damage to the bottom of his bedroom door finally. Did not seem as bad as what they made it out to be. In the first release they purposely did not show the door but only mentioned it.

Now we have his psychiatrist in New Zealand who had his license taken a couple months before the shooting. You have some body in Washington who was in contact with the mother and said Adam had a bleeding head wound at 5:30 in the morning on the Tenth just before the shooting. Things really do seem off.

I believe you are mistaken, sir....

i can find nothing that says it was on his wall...according to this article, it was discovered by police, and (i hafta assume, in digital form, because) it required a special printer (i'm guessing something along the lines of a plotter) to print out...

i see nothing saying it was a single piece of paper, or that it was a physical item..

www.newser.com...

(NEWSER) – Adam Lanza was such an ardent fan of mass murderers that he kept a massive spreadsheet detailing their "accomplishments." Investigators searching the home Lanza shared with his mother found a 7-foot long, 4-foot wide spreadsheet—apparently printed using a special printer—listing roughly 500 past shooters, including their names, the number of people they killed, and the make and model of their guns, a cop briefed on the findings tells the New York Daily News. "They don't believe this was just a spreadsheet," he says. "They believe it was a score sheet."

Nancy was banned from going in Adam's room yet had she popped her head round the door just once she would have seen a 7ft by 4ft poster on the wall with the top 500 mass killings of all time, ranked by fatalities. - See more at: www.njnewsday.com... h-one-of-most-hated-names-in-america.html#sthash.16gtcksA.dpuf

your first link is a blurb, which has the same source link as the story i linked to.....which is written in such a way, as to suggest that it was not a physical item.

your second link does not work at all.

I think it's horrifyingly disgusting that we are still having this discussion ay all, if adults were killed it happens, but these were little kids, I have children the same age and I was in a school in Northern CT when it happened, we were stuck there until they could determine it wasn't even our town.

The State of CT is trying like hell to get past all of this conspiracy crap and the shootings but it's people like you guys who have to dissect whether Carver ate Tuna or Ham on the gay he talked that really piss me off. Yeah the state is covering something up, I'm guessing it's NOT the fact that a bunch of small children died.. I'm also betting it's not the fact that Lanza did this.

So go on, keep this tragedy alive, I hope to god that it does something for you because reading some of these comments made me sick to be an ATS member today...

They release material less than a week ago and you are going to criticize people for being here and discussing it?
Go complain to the Connecticut States Attorneys Office would be more logical.
Discussing it here doesn't keep any tragedy alive and nobody is forced to read any of this.
The real kicker is you think something is being covered up yet don't care the slightest to find out what that might be.
It might even be criminal but God forbid we even talk about the case.
Negligence, accidental shootings, bumbled response, weapons swapped out for political purposes, perp possibly running free - the possibilities exist for these things.
If something went wrong the public deserves to know.

Save your animus for someone else.
Nobody here deserves those kind of disrespectful comments.

Speaking of that. If I can recall that video was uploaded on you tube some months ago, right?

Can someone explain to me how it was recently uploaded when it was seized over a year ago?

Stop talking about anything not spouted by the state or federal government. I am surprised it hasn't been illegal yet since 9-11. As a NYer, I never once told people to STFU about talking about 9-11, so piss off to any CT people that think they have some right to tell people to stop looking into their dirty laundry. It's a huge tragedy that it happened in an "upscale town", no one bats an eye when there is bloodshed in say heartford, or any other area like that. Same as NY, no one gives a crap when bullets are flying and killing people in the bouroughs, but all of a sudden people go bat# when people are killed in westchester or putnam county for example. As long as it's poor kids dieing, who gives a crap right? It's such an inconvenience that white folks outside the poverty line have had to deal with forever now. Boo-frikken-hoo.
