I'm sorry, but no that is not a valid source. Jerry E. Smith has no traceable degree in any field having anything to do with geo-engineering or in meteorology, or climatology. Neither he, nor the source you've linked have any credibility to the topic.

And you still have the same problem. You're giving all these reason why they're chemtrailing without having proven that they're even real. You STILL don't have a horse for your cart, but you are pushing this cart for all you're worth. What part of "prove chemtrails are real first" is going over your head?

Until you can prove that chemtrails are even real, motive doesn't do anything for your case. It's like you're going in to court and trying to prove someone a murderer, without either a body, or proof that anyone died.

Don't ignore Public Law 105-85 signed by Bubba. Read page 287 and 288 very carefully. Then read about various definitions of consent.

You can find all the laws, all the patents, all the HAARP you want. You haven't proven your base claim that chemtrails even exist yet.

You're still trying to prove a murder without a body, or even a missing person. You're showing all the evidence without proving anything happened in the first place.

It's impossible to say, does the uncompressed image show more detail? It could be a bird, but without a better resolution it could be almost anything.

I don't know what uncompressed image means. I don't think that I cropped the photo before uploading on to the ATS photo library. I have to check my Picasa3 files. It's not a bird! It's higher than the aircraft. I believe it's in hot pursuit of the aircraft.

I love that on here when people make quotes re objects in picture so please tell us all HOW you worked out that object is higher than the aircraft and not lower.

I don't see it being one of those optical illusion type things, where if you stare at it long enough you'll eventually see an object being convex rather than concave. My brain is telling me the object is at a higher altitude.

Hi I have been taking pictures for 30+ years and sorry it doesn't just work like that your picture was taken using your 5 mp camera at an equivalent zoom of a 141mm lens on a 35mm camera, there is not enough information in the picture or of the object in the picture to jump to that conclusion!!!

Also as zoom has been used the field of view and apparent distances between objects can look different I don't have time to post an example but I will later.

I found the smoking gun in all of this, and it's like the defense attorneys are doing all they can to avoid having to acknowledge what the document proves. The government is testing chemical and biological agents on the American citizens. As long as it's done for "peaceful purposes in the name of research."
