General impression: excellent. Easy access functionality, less clicks. Nice design. Great UX.
iPad 1 adaptive issue: the message flows under the avatar pic, becomes hard and scroll intensive to read anything
UX Suggestions: improve the pager please. On a mobile device the page numbers are almost impossible to click unless you zoom in. At a minimum, plz
increase the ToStart and ToEnd button sizes, add next page and prev page buttons, space them out and increase the spacing or size of the page numbers
as well.
Functionality suggestion (for next version):
one of the key things that make reddit, slashdot, etc nice to read is that it is easy to give feedback on comments and based on that feedback, change
what granularity/response type you see.
First when you post a comment allowing you to say what aspects the response contains, eg. Question, additional info, opinion, discussion, refutation,
idea, humor, (troll bait?) etc and Allow the OP to add to those.
Secondly having single click no-reload buttons next to posts and comments that for eg allow you to tag them with eg. Impression: insightful, funny,
informative, off topic, (rude?, suspected shill?)
Then when reading, a user could get an overview of especially a long thread by viewing all but the last page with filters for eg. Insightful,
informative and funny over average for thread.
Very often on potentially good threads the detracting posts can be so many that the thread becomes impossible to read and you give up on something
that you should give input on.
Thank you for this site. It is making a huge difference in the world.
