Its not demonizing anyone. Horvind is a fraud and he fails to grasp basic principals from freshman level science. His claims have been covered ad nauseam on this site. He purposefully misrepresents data and scientific principles in a way that sounds all rosy to `people who don't have a basic grasp of concepts.

As an aside, there is the irony that Mr and Mrs. Horvind are now in prison for tax evasion and fraud.

Why couldn't God just create Evolution?

Such a complex theory that we only stumbled upon in the last couple of hundred years. Something that when you also account the age of the Universe how grand and massive it is that such a creation could survive and possibly thrive in! Creating perhaps millions of worlds with life! What an amazing Creator! One who works on time scales even brilliant minds can barely fathom!

To me Evolution and the Big Bang actually prove God. They prove what amazing and powerful genius intellect that would come up with this beautiful universe one we are created after.

Instead of some trickster god that would have me believe they used some magic to poof things into existence! They would deceive the very minds we were endowed with evidence that clearly takes millions of years to process. A Deceptive god who would have the feeble minds that are unable to grasp what brilliance and patients a being would have to have to wait millions or even billions of years to see its fruits!

Why limit God? A God who can set things in motion in ways we still can barely understand a chain of events that led to us! If God wanted to be a silly magician God could and could be boxed in by human terms to create out of nothing or God could create some elegant grand natural plan that would keep his creations busy trying to figure it out! As God's children left us clues to discover...



To God a Billion years is but an instant when you think about Eternity

Oh and if you cannot believe science and progress you need to pick a up stone tablet and not a computer because I am pretty sure a Tricky human made god would create science and computers if they created fossils, or geology or trick you in believing the Earth is only 6000 years old.

However, to attribute these and other sublimely intelligent designs to an ignorant, vindictive and primitive '"god" (who is more demon than deity) created by an itinerant tribe of superstitious goat-herders who liberally borrowed

God designs everything, through a process of "physical evolution"..

Evolution is the method of creation, and it is governed by His law..

man's "theory of evolution" is correct, but it is not the whole answer.. it is part of the whole scheme..

the time you exist in is controlled by your body, and the body you exist in is controlled by your mind, and the mind you exist in is controlled by God..

i think that pretty much sums up my own answer to the "evolution vs. god" argument.. consciousness is God's "printer jam"..

This is the problem for people to believe in God, it's a package deal with religious dogma that is wrong and creation is embedded within it all. It's no wonder atheists are on the rise, fear is a poor motivator in a modern educated world.

Fact #1: Hell doesn't exist.
It is a false teaching created by Catholicism to control the ignorant with fear.

Fact #2: Old Universe/Earth Creation by God can be supported by both the bible and science.
