The whole "the government is responsible for cattle mutilation" theory never made any sense to me. Why would the government go through all these shenanigans to steal cattle in secret, and then just drop them back where they found them? It just seems stupid. Wouldn't it be infinitely easier to just buy a ranch/land and raise your own cattle or pay a rancher for access to their cattle? Just drive up, say you need cow 5, load it in a truck and drive off with it. The rancher doesn't have to know what you're doing with them, and when they cash the fat check, they probably don't care. You literally could make up any kinda story for why you need 'em. Why steal 'em and give back a mutilated corpse?
If they're doing all these cockamamie experiments, why not just treat them like lab monkeys. Nobody goes around stealing monkeys from the zoo for lab experimentation, why do it with cattle?

That's part of it. They did the same thing to Bennewitz when they gave him the $75,000 dollar grant to conduct research. In both cases they get access to both my dad's and Paul's files and then the gain they most important thing which is control. My dad did not immediately sign the non-disclosure agreement when he started working with NIDS. The waited until he was in the middle of a lot of strange things before they made him sign it. It is a big key to this mystery. NIDS did the same thing to MUFON, throw money at the "problem", see what the have and pay them so they can control what information is going in and more importantly control what is going out. If you know the NIDS story, a ton of information went in, but nothing relevant or important ever came out. I'll let you think about that for a while and you should be able to figure out why this happened.
SR: On those connections – you were a member of the scientific advisory board for the National Institute of Discovery Science during the investigation of the so-called ‘Skinwalker Ranch’. The recent book by George Knapp and Colm Kelleher on this investigation featured a great deal of anecdotal evidence for anomalous craft, strange beings and poltergeist-like phenomenon. From your point of view, do you feel this investigation was a success, and were there any aspects that were of particular interest to you?
JV: I am still a member of that Board, now restructured under Bigelow Aerospace, so I feel bound by the non-disclosure agreement I signed.

I also wonder how NIDS fits into this area, as i know they purchased the 'Skinwalker Ranch' where cattle mutilations had also taken place along with some other weird and wacky stuff. I feel like there is one piece of the puzzle i am missing, though i have probably come across it already and just not managed to tie it together.

I apologize for the delays, this has been very frustrating for me also. I am supposed to meet the web guys this weekend to get that part of the site up and running. I will post updates on facebook and twitter as I add the information. I will add the key documents first. I have been converting everything over to digital in the meantime to try to make things as smooth as possible.
