The Eastern concept of emptying the mind is not anything close to filling the mind with the Word of God.

Biblical meditation is almost the exact opposite of Eastern meditation.

No where in the Bible does it teach Eastern meditation.

The idea of emptying the mind is clearly NOT biblical.

The goal behind Eastern meditation is emptying the mind.

I'm sure there's people today who use meditation as some kind of relaxing technique, but look at the people in this thread. These people are "talking" to someone whether it's through mysticism, magic or esoterics. My guess would be that meditation is on the lower scale of those who are speaking to spirits based on what I hear and see everyday, but you can not deny the number of people who are "talking" to spirits.

ETA: And as far as the people who speak about the "pineal gland", I think we both know what stimulates that.

OK, you seem to not grasp.

First of all, the gnostics are the original Christians, but the world's mismanagers are also gnostic of a sort. So duality is their game, and white hats/dark hats. More of a fundamentalist duality, for I don't see negative in it, more inner and outer, and choosing to grow in joy, happiness and peace and influence others around you via Positive and Goodness.

But its really simple. Don't run off and join any mystery school over this, and some still choose to be in their Church's too, if they use discernment and cherish the Love and STO, its intent of heart that matters.

But the real goal is DEPROGRAM, all of it. So mystery school programming, throw it out. It's distortions. Religions are codes and distortions, (don't throw the love and good things out though, for faith in God and Goodness to me is a real plus in life).

Be water, meditate, and seek.

Matthew 13 is all about this:

1. all the weeds and programmings and burdens, rushing about uselessly, and distractions, traps and materialism bogs people down.

2. a mention on talents, basically we're supposed to grow our gifts and help others with them, not let them stagnate.

3. at the end, Christ says, that if people simply turned to God and asked for their eyes and ears to be opened, this would happen.

So, thats the way. No one is telling you how to go about life, but to seek. Knock on that door.

But deprogram means, assume everything you know is wrong, empty your cup.

Prayer helps in guidence... Which i also use before meditation

Prayer is speaking to God... Where as meditation is listening

I get a kick out of these people who think it leads to demon possession... Yet it seems to me the only people who have a problem with demon possession are the hardcore catholics

Through the process of receiving my second ascension I received memories of my past life and; it just so happens to be that I was Sananda, who was stolen and paraded around like a puppet for a religion that wasn't of his own beliefs.

So if you boil it right down to basics Christianities message is, "You better do this list of things we say, and pray to someone dead that was alive, who could save you, if he were still here but he's not, so that when you die, you don't go to a place of agony and burning hell that he may have to send you, because he loves you."

What I am offering is that the very key to finding your divine connection with everything in this Universe is through purity of love and good will to the Earth and fellow man.

The biggest difference between the two, is that I do not expect anything from any of those who come to me seeking a connection to their divinity. I'll answer anything they'd like me to, free of expectation and judgement. And secondly, this way actually works. Christianity does not.

And yes I make demands of their Church, but this is because they destroyed my legacy and grace of my name and beloved. They horde the wealth of the world for nothing. I will redistribute it.

Although I am lead to believe this experience is quite different for all people;

Mine was quite a painful process. Around an hour of laying in bed feeling like it had ruptured in the back of my brain, ending in white noise type of vision, then a relieving 'popping' feeling inside your head and the pain is gone.

The only people who have ever taken any measures to prevent people from KNOWING the source of the teachings, are your own Church my friend.
