He shouldn't have been a vigilante but he did have the gun and I believe legally he was allowed to carry it also. But you are right maybe without the gun he doesn't follow him (which by itself isn't a crime). GZ probably weighed more but TM was bigger and stronger. Without the gun if TM attacked GZ maybe GZ is beaten to death or suffers permanent brain damage or disabilities. But I guess we will find out mostly the truth behind his incident somewhat soon.

Don't know what your driving at here but my point is GZ called the cops and the police told him to back off. HE MADE THE CHOICE NOT TO. What the kid was wearing, his color, or what was on his phone is irrelevant.

I am not driving anything. When you call 911 you talk to a dispatcher...someone who just relays information too the appropriate emergency responders. Not an actually officer or firefighter or doctor/nurse.

It has been nice debating the subject with you and I appreciate your willingness to look at different angles. Hopefully everyone will be able to accept the decision of the jury.

They will provide the jury with ballistics and forensic data.

I dont care how the case turns out honestly, but if Zimmerman is going away simply because Jackson and Sharpton cried waaah, than I think it's BS.

If Trayvon walked around with guns, drugs, acting like a thug, the jury should know. It's a judge of character. The prosecutors are always looking on dirt on the people they put away. They claim it tells the jury about the type of person they are, and whether or not they'd do what they do.

So that's it.

if any of you die hard Zimmerman supporters knew anything about the law let alone common sense you would know photos would only be relevant if GZ knew about them before hand after the fact is so irrelevant for example we see the boston bombers photos of him with all smiles with friends and etc does that means he is innocent or should be shown leniency because he shown know signs of violence? absolutely not so why would pics of weed and guns make him a thug? because he is black simple and plan because a white guy with a gun in his phone is a common red blooded american and a black guy with the same image is a gangster atleast thats what the media tells us

Zimmerman needs a defense and badly. You want to haul out text messages and affiliations you go right ahead. Did your Georgie boy know of all of that when he went all vigilante on a kid doing NOTHING but walking? I don't get where that is a defense. That is like pulling out the sexual past of a rape victim.

No, it matters what two loud mouthed racist pricks said, and because they say nothing about two black teens killing a woman's baby.

Because they watch that, keep their mouths absoeffinlutely mum, but they freak the hell out on the Zimmerman case. So that's it.

Don't care if Zimmerman is guilty or innocent, just want those idiots to take responsibility for all black people in the news if they are going to claim to speak for all of them. I don't want the court to be manipulated because of their words. It shouldnt be that hard to convict Zimmerman on at least some charge, given his background and predispositions...

YES we should look at a rape victims past, be it sexual or otherwise because that would help determine their character... You see any women can cry rape, believe it or not, women claim to be raped when they have not been... So your words cannot be taken on face value, that is not how the law works sorry.....

There is another group of women that have been brutally victimized. It is gonna come down to the rape kit. And justice will only be had by women that are brave enough to expose themselves to the virulently oppressive justice system,

I don't think that is what I said. Most rapes go unreported because of the embarrassment and stigma attached to the crime. Not to mention the anguish that goes along with prosecuting a perpetrator.

It is a real violent crime that happens every single day. There should be no jokes made about it.

I am aware that there have been some women that have claimed rape for vindictive purposes. That doesn't mean there are real victims.

i dont mean to alarm anybody but im a young black male and i have pics in my phone of guns and me at the shooting range i also have pics of Bob Marley and marijuana leaves even though i dont actually smoke it myself and im not just saying that to prove my point i live in the south Ga to be specific i sometimes walk to the store and youthful/urban/thug apparel so reading some of your post i also deserved to be murdered

Well I never said there weren't real victims, I said a persons character has to be called into question when deciding these things, it's important to know both of the people involved if there is a rape case... All I said is testimony at face value can't be taken because anyone could cry wolf,if you have no physical proof your only defense is calling their character into question....

Believe me I know real rapes happen, I've actually had my buddy sitting at a girls table talking to them once and he drank one of their beers and it had a date rape drug in it after some other guys left the table, there were like 10 plastic cup beers sitting on the table....
