So if I, a law abiding citizen who is legally allowed to carry a firearm believed you were in my neighborhood up to no good and followed you to see what you were doing, you would turn around and start attacking me..... In that instance I have every right to shoot you dead on the spot!
no, you dont. you created the situ. you should call the cops, which you arent. they are the ones that are to confront me.
I said I was following you, not confronting you one bit, you said you would confront and attack me, which is assault on your part.... Is following someone illegal, how long does one person need to follow someone until you call it stalking?

GZ did call the cops and the cops told him to back off. He didn't. He continued to stalk TM until he forced the confrontation he was so obliviously looking for.

The DISPATCHER (not POLICE) would also tell you not to perform CPR on someone who is choking until an EMT arrives.

Just a question Bo. You seem deeply invested in the outcome of this case. Clearly you have a position on the guilt or not of Zimmerman.
What if the evidence just doesn't prove your theory? Would you even accept that? Or would you rant on about the unfairness of the process?
Would you even be willing to entertain the possibility that Zimmerman really messed up..., I mean, if that was proven?edit on 30-5-2013 by GrantedBail because: (no reason given)

Ha ha. You give yourself up. Does it really matter what two black men said? You are not being honest. You are deeply invested in the outcome. You bleed bias. You would have to lie your butt off to get on the jury.
Come on, be honest, at least. If there wasn't a skin color involved here we would not be having this discussion.
You want your boy Z to be exonerated of all of the bad charges against him. I mean really, he was only running a black kid out of the neighborhood. Who has a beef with that?? So he had to use a little bit of lead. WTF? Doesn't anyone around here have a sense of humor?
Zimmerman needs a defense and badly. You want to haul out text messages and affiliations you go right ahead. Did your Georgie boy know of all of that when he went all vigilante on a kid doing NOTHING but walking? I don't get where that is a defense. That is like pulling out the sexual past of a rape victim.
I want to hear all about Zimmerman's past. Can't wait for the trial.

You are probably right. There are women that are evil and would claim rape when that wasn't the case. I get that.
There is another group of women that have been brutally victimized. It is gonna come down to the rape kit. And justice will only be had by women that are brave enough to expose themselves to the virulently oppressive justice system,

I don't think that is what I said. Most rapes go unreported because of the embarrassment and stigma attached to the crime. Not to mention the anguish that goes along with prosecuting a perpetrator.
It is a real violent crime that happens every single day. There should be no jokes made about it.
I am aware that there have been some women that have claimed rape for vindictive purposes. That doesn't mean there are real victims.
