Illinois illegally seizes Bees Resistant to Monsanto’s Roundup; Kills remaining Queens

www.antigmofoods.com

The Illinois Ag Dept. illegally seized privately owned bees from renowned naturalist, Terrence Ingram, without providing him with a search warrant and before the court hearing on the matter, reports Prairie Advocate News.
Behind the obvious violations of his Constitutional rights is Monsanto. Ingram was researching Roundup’s effects on bees, which he’s raised for 58 years. “They ruined 15 years of my research,” he told Prairie Advocate, by stealing most of his stock.

With all the news lately about GMOs, Monsanto, and an excellent thread about bees by fellow ATSer Muzzleflash, this stuff just keeps getting worse and worse.

Being an Illinoisan myself, this is really starting to hit home now. I wonder when this will come to your home state, if it has not done already... ?

No need. If you read the posting guidelines you will see that there are two allowable threads on the same subject if one is posted in the BAN forum, and the other posted in a relative forum to the story. The duplicate thread must be in BAN, or, if the original is posted in BAN, the duplicate can be posted wherever is appropriate.

This, while a very important update, is not breaking news. Here is the link to the original story:

Last year ,in NY,they ran around fining bee keepers for stuff like, not giving them water, threatening to seize them .
It all fell flat .
Monsanto is engineering bees now. They look like wasps actually ,and god knows what issues they will bring .

I hope Russia does jam it all up Monsanto and Obama's butt. They know what's going on ,and are standing up to it.
This needs to end ,now.

I really don't want to live on this planet anymore. I think I'll check on that Mars trip, but chances are they are sponsored by Monsanto for the meals.

GMOs must be stopped! The greedy corporations are not responsible enough for our safety or the safety of the entire ecosystem of planet earth.

ETA: The part about bee keepers going underground sounds hopeful.

Greetings good sir.

Upon reading the other thread, I find your fascism comment quite off the mark.

I hope, for the sake of finding the truth, that you at least read the first page of the other linked thread.

Here's the video about the bee farm that was ravaged by Monsanto. He makes a very good point at the end. Bee's have been here a lot longer than man and a lot longer than Monsanto. Bee's have been fighting disease all of their existence without stupid Monsanto. Why can't we just put our trust in the bee's??

Is this constructive or even on-topic?

Look, I admitted my mistake and asked the mods to close the thread.

If it really bothers you that much is it possible for you to ignore it?

S&F
Thanks for this thread! Einstein (I think) supposedly said that if the bees died off mankind would only have a very limited amount of time left on earth! Four years? We cannot do the work that bees do! Bees are essential for the future of mankind!

Learn to ignore those that love to give advice but haven't quite got the meaning of more than one thread covering the same topic being allowed as long as they are in a different forum! Wannabe moderators! You will find that it is usually the same people who give the same advice over and over again! If the moderators choose to close the thread they will do so!

I guess that law enforcement does not realize the scope of Monsanto's actions. They do not realize their families are in jeopardy. When Monsanto takes over...they need to get rid of anyone who can challenge them. Now my comment here is just fiction,or is it

Russia has become very angry with Monsanto, and the US lately. Its going to take a country of Russia's size to stop this war on natural food growth. Honestly I cant believe what I just read here. This is pure evil. Without natures little helpers, the bees and insects that pollinate, we will have to become dependent of GMO foods. Anything to help Corporate America become even more powerful. This is an act of War, on the human populus.
