Well, here in the US where we hold our heads high, we are generally vigilant, moreso if we are the freedom loving gun toting type.
We understand there are bad people out there and law enforcement cannot be on standby for everybody, just the rich.
I guarantee most gun toting Americans have enough situational awareness to catch onto a ton or two of steel and oil heading their direction.
Then you simply shoot the driver, it has been done many times by folks here, mostly law enforcement.
It is a freedom thing, not many outside of the US get it.

Just to note: I have never "popped a cap in someones ass" that is a red/blue thing of which I do not partake.

Americans, give them a gun and they think they are super human! There is no chance a gun would have saved this man today. I also laughed at the freedom part, not many inside the US get it, you lock up more people than any other nation in the world.

People really should try and stay calm instead of spouting out emotionally charged diatribes.

Also some members seem to be under the mistaken impression that because one of the alleged attackers is black that he cannot be a muslim.

In footage broadcast by ITV, the alleged attacker says: "We swear by almighty Allah we will never stop fighting you." He adds: "I apologise that women have had to witness this today, but in our land our women have to see the same. "You people will never be safe. Remove your government, they don't care about you."

Well Channel 4 news has confimred that this is a moslem terrorist attact and mentions that there was a situation in 2008 where a plot was hatched to decapitate a captured british MOSLEM soldier.

Sunni Muslims and Sh'ia moslem extremists are at each other's throats. also.

May god rest the victim's soul.

No I cannot spend the time at the moment,but they exist in all manner of clothes,and ethnicity.

Why do people keep saying Muslim is a race? It really makes me wonder if some people really have a firm grasp on the language.

Racist: to show preference or disfavor for someone solely based on their race. In other words, prejudice based on race. Prejudice can show preference or disfavor, look up the definition. It just means making a decision without knowing the relevant facts.

Is making fun of stereotypes racist? By definition it is explicitly not, it is based on culture, but many people feel it is racist anyway. Likewise, discriminating based on religion isn't racist, it is based on religion, but for some odd reason, people feel it is racist anyway.

To give an example so people understand, if English isn't your first language I hope this helps.

If I were to notice that black people in the US tend to prefer domestic cars with large wheels, I would be noting a statistic. If I were to expect all black people to prefer domestic cars with large wheels, I would be making the leap to prejudice and racism. I would be expecting something based on race, and ignoring the fact that it's only in the US, or maybe only in my area, or maybe another reason.

I think you mean Muslim and it was 2007 not 2008 although the people responsible were sentenced in 2008 and to be clear the 2007 plot was targeting a British MUSLIM soldier
