cops shut off the entire area no one in, no one out....dividing up the area into sections to be searched for (more bombs)? (perps)? Can't just be one suspect they are looking for at this point for sure...

And also asking businesses not to open, people stay indoors until they tell you its safe to come out. Yeah sure, just the transit system.

Does anyone really believe he is still in the area?

Police just said " ok light 'em up" . Sounds noisy. Are they firing on him?

Chatter on the scanner has decreased a hell of alot imo. Must been all on secure comms now.

I can understand MAYBE shutting down public transport.

National Guard have been here tonight. Transit is shut down. Officials telling people not to leave their houses. Officials telling businesses not to open. Sure, its not full blown martial law, but its extreme.
