Shooting at MIT (And continued events in Boston 18-19 April)

They have a picture of him on the ground with a bloody nose and cops pinning him on the ground. Should I post it? It's not really gore just a bloody nose?

Terrorists don't get Miranda rights. Once he was labeled one all his rights went out the window.

I'm of the opinion that we should be innocent until proven guilty and afforded the same rights whether charged with terrorism or public intoxication.

May sound strange but the exemptions can open doors best left unopened, such as JayinAR mentioned.

he doesnt look great in that picture, even if you cannot see a lot of his face, they look like they are working on him pretty well.... if he was seriously injured there is a chance that reading him his rights would have wasted time and they would do it when he wakes up and knows why he is detained... instead of doing it while he dies listening and waiting to get to the hospital

even then, they are right about the terrorists not being read the miranda rights... but there are other reasons too it could be both

He's put on his Captain Hindsight costume again...

I try to listen to Barry sometimes, but I just can't. He begins to sound like a drone after about two sentences to my ears.

If theres anything I learned over the past week, it's that CNN is no longer a credible source of news.
