Why don't they shoot a tranquilizer dart like they do with the big animals.

Those must be some great arms. I wonder what will happen when we capture him. Would this story be different if he was found dead?

I'm just waiting for this thing to explode.. Seems pretty likely that's what might happen.

I signed up for the forums just to post in this thread. I've been following this thread and all of the police scanners since around 1AM EST last night.

I took a sleep break at 10:30AM to rest and I've been back since 4:30.

It's been amazing to see the ATS members at work and how much quicker we are at gathering information than the MSM.

Let's hope this all comes to an end soon.

Apparently the police are asking people not to comment on whats being said on the scanners as it may reveal tactical information.

Doesn't sound like he's sitting there with a smartphone and even if he was, it'd be easier to listen than to read ATS or twitter!

How come these comms aren't encrypted? Here in the UK they have been secured for at least a decade.

Yeah, but to be fair an awful lot of drivel on here as well!!

They're probably listening to the same scanners as everyone else here, but waiting for verification of what is happening opposed to making it all up as they go along. No offence, but let's be honest there has been a lot of nonsense.

The FBI is requesting the light.

They have to negotiate.

Earlier scanner report of family in an adjacent house that can't evacuate for some reason. The boat has half a tank of gas and the suspect migh be strapped with a bomb
