I think we were all pretty sure they knew something, what with the khaki guys at the marathon.

Has anyone else heard reports of thermal helos? Reddit reported hearing it on TV but now the TV guy says he hears none.

Multiple reports are gas canisters. If he still isn't moving he is incapacitated.
