Shooting at MIT (And continued events in Boston 18-19 April)

So earlier it was briefly brought up that the suspect had a police walkie talkie. There were no reports of this but I thought it strange cause I SWORE I heard over radio an angry voice, different from police, say "I will kill you like you killed MY brother" and immediately after the cops were repeating it...

I just talked to a friend this morning, haven't talked to him for a day or so, and he asked me if I heard the suspect over the radio?? I was blown away. Did anyone else hear this? No news reports of such a thing but I swear I heard it and my ears perked up at the time because it def sounded strange.

This here, should stop Immigration to the U.S. Period.

1535: Independent Moscow radio station Ekho Moskvy has a statement from Alvi Karimov, the leader of the Chechen Republic.
He told Interfax "the suspects in the Boston crimes have no relation to Chechnya". He says "according to preliminary information" the family moved "many years ago from Chechnya to another region of Russia".
"Then for a long time they lived in Kazakhstan, and from there moved to the US, where family members obtained residency," Mr Karimov said. "So the persons concerned did not live in Chechnya as adults, and if they became 'bad apples' then it's a question of who was educating them."

This is no reason to blame the "islamic world", such talk is out of place and out of order. We are all in this race to the bottom, all just as crazy. It has nothing to do with islam or freedom or whatever. It is about people behaving in a sick manner for whatever reasons they find justifying.

Perhaps you should go read their post, words they typed themselves. People here are only quoting from what these brothers have said via the net and other online sources.

its called book/movie deals... maybe interviews in the future to get an idea of their 'personality' what they did, where they went, who they talked to... etc. you could build a profile of someone from people they knew or hung out with.

some wouldn't want to expose themselves like that due to negative publicity... but if you have information on the guy... i'd let them know what I knew/know about them instead of keeping it a secret.

just my 0.02 on why someone would let the world know they were friends with the Boston bombers.
