Maybe he means the other son would go crazy and continue the shootings/bombings or there is a terror with a signal to activate with the killings of the marathon bombers.

It could just be the father making an emotional statement. I just hope they catch this kid and its over. I have a bad feeling that more incidents like this are going to happen more and more.

I watched the video again and agree. They are walking at the same pace and appear to be taking the same route.

Hair color is the same also. ???

But hey, a lot of people have that hair color.

To add to my specualtion:

they might be using drugs also. Meth or extreme use of cannabinol combined with some sort of mental diagnosis can make you lose all grip of reality. Add to that hanging out at infowars or someplace like that... Maybe benzo/anti depressive that has horribly misfired?
