I was going to take a Hodor figure, and make a Sculpy doorstop that looks like that door...paint it all nice, etc.

My own Hodor door holder.

Poor Hodor. I really wish though, that I would have videoed my daughter's reaction. It was so priceless, and would have gone viral.

Still trying to figure out where Bran fits into all of it.

It seems like we got our answer last night. Bran is likely to head south, towards the Wall. Now that he's been 'marked' by the Night King, he's going to inadvertently destroy the spell protections that exist within the Wall itself. The Wall is going to fall because of his actions.

Darn it, Just saw your post, I think you are spot on *shakes fist at Brans stupidity

There is an interesting theory now that Bran might be the reason the Mad King went mad, by warging into the past and trying to use his power to talk to him.

I don't know if I buy that theory. The Targaryens had history of insanity so that would mean he would have to have jumped into many or all of them.

Interesting theory, one thing is for sure, Brsn never does as he is told;
Don't climb that wall Bran.
Don't touch that Bran.

This is the 2nd vision that we saw in this season and to everyone’s surprise, in this vision when Bran screamed “father“, Ned seemed to hear it and he immediately tuned back and looked if anyone was standing behind him but as it was Bran’s vision, Ned couldn’t see him. Despite the Three-Eyed Raven telling Bran, “The past is already written. The ink is dry,” it seems that Bran can actually reach out to other people through his visions.
This insane Game of Thrones fan theory about Bran will blow your mind
After the episode ended, Reddit user NegativeKarmaSniifer posted this theory.
From S6E3, Bran realizes that others can hear him during the visions from the past, but doesn’t understand that they cannot fully understand him.
He attempts to reason with King Aerys when shown a vision of him.
The King only hears whispers, and is driven mad by it.
Bran tries to fix this, however makes it worse.
Mad King Aerys burns Bran’s grandfather alive while Bran frantically tries to stop him.
All he hears is whispers.
Bran sets the events of the show in motion.
As insane as it sounds, it might be possible and soon other people started commenting and another user added to the theory by saying that the Three-Eyed Raven is an older version of Bran Stark, who is training his younger self to correct the mistake that he couldn’t correct

Just as plausible as anything else.

He turned Hodor in to someone that would ride the short bus.

For 6 seasons now they showed how he could 'possess' animals and now people.

Blame the author.

I don't have an issue with him warging, I have an issue if there is rampant time travel. Him going back and being able to subtlety affect the past is one thing, taking control of the Mad King or looping back on himself is just way too much.

And the red witch getting impregnated by a demon wasn't or ice zombies, or dragons.

Thats where you draw the line ?

LOL.

Actually it was Stannis.

...wasn't or ice zombies, or dragons.

The Others and dragons are the basic foundation for the name of the series.

Thats where you draw the line ?

LOL.

None of those are deus ex machina though which is the point I am making.

Feel free.

However even though I absolutely hate flashbacks cause they are over done.

I would like to see the backstory of the mad king.

Cause the Lannisters didn't look like much of an improvement.

Bran creates the opportunity to see just what went on.

A decent amount is covered in the novels, but I doubt, due to time constraints, they will put it into the series.

I figured that.

It's really a shame how short the seasons have been considering the amount of material they could have used.

It is a very expensive series to shoot since the majority of it is on location and not in soundstages. I think all things considered they have done a very good job.

meah they can afford it.

They should have gone to 12 episodes a season. But they thought it would keep them in line with Martins book, that was a wasted effort.
