I think 10 full seasons at least is what the show needed to develop the characters who show up in the story later. And with ten seasons they would have had time to add lady stone heart etc.

Also maybe WoW would have been out before the show went askew.

Headed to bed gang, have a great night.

So....I think I worked out why Tyrion was acting like Trump at a Hillary debate, stalking Dany and acting like a total weirdo.

He made a pact with Cersi that her child will be the next in line after Dany. He will try convince Dany to make the child her heir. He will strangle her when he betrays Dany and Jon only to find out about his sisters betrayal.

Now onto my theory the Mad Kind was retro actively taken over by a greenseer (Bran or Bloodraven) to place wildfire all over kings landing as a last attempt to destroy the white walkers....which one of you Knee Benders told me the roof only was damaged so it had to be a dragon? I have something for you....

The Wisdoms (Masters of the Fire) built in a mechanism that the ceilings around Kings landing are built to collapse down and fill over the fire with sand......just saying. Go to 58 Minutes and 54 seconds.

Another thing I thought on during a boring meeting yesterday...maybe The Others know about Bran the Builders magic at Winterfell, bypass it (surprise all of us) and go to Kings Landing.
Just a guess, no great substance to it!

Dany will die, there is no way this won't happen. Jon is likely to die also.

The wheel needs to be broken, political and magical.

So, I had a slight epiphany, or maybe it was just gas, here me out here.

From the show standpoint, it would seem that houses are falling.
The Reach-Tyrells are all gone.
Dorne-Last two are currently in the Lannister dungeon
The Stormlands-Robert, Stannis and Renly. All dead, no heirs save Gendry.
The Riverlands-Freys are gone. Tullys are gone save one forgotten Edmure
The Vale-On sickly Arryn left
The Westerlands-Casterly Rock is gone and the three heirs remain. Not likely the twins will survive but that leave Tyrion.
The North-Not likely that Bran will have any children and Jon probably a Targ.

Also worth noting is that Greyjoys may kill themselves off, Tarlys have Sam who can not have nor pass titles. Boltons gone.

I may have missed some but looking at it like this, there may be something more to it.

The Hound told me he wanted to grab her by something. Can never tell what that guy means however!

Oh and to your prediction. I think you may have nailed it!

Yes! the political wheel was broken before Dany got there.

That's why I said a week ago that Sansa is the only house left. The banners will "elect" her .

The TV show might make it Jon, but the book I'd bet chubs wants Sansa Westeros' first democratic queen.

Also nice work.

Dany will sacrifice herself after the child is born. The magic, which animates Jon, will also die. Also possible that Dany won't die at all however as I think someone from the original story needs to survive.

Dany represents the wheel, afterall she is the Targaryen.

Also, this means all the cool tinfoil theories with small little factoids that back them up are all bunk.

Dany: You don't want to wake the dragon, do you Jon?

Jon: No my lady, I mean to ride the dragon!

It also could mean I am insane and totally wrong!

But Ol' Nan's ghost whispered it to me whilst reviewing quarterly budgets.....

You sure it was Old Nan?

I mean, I've heard stories of people going crazy crunching numbers.

I'm really excited to see if the Valyrian steel weapons and lore are accurately represented. For instance, I don't think Longclaw is actually a Mormont heirloom. Ice was a replacement and the original Stark family sword may be out there somewhere. The Red Sword of Heroes/Lightbringer may still exist.

Hmmm I don't think Lightbringer in the books will be a sword ?.
But yes you are right, longclaw is something else because they are foreshadowing it too much. It is not the sword of the eternal friend zone.

Dawn is the only sword that matters after the next long night.

Darkness lay over the world and a hero, Azor Ahai, was chosen to fight against it. To fight the darkness, Azor Ahai needed to forge a hero's sword. He labored for thirty days and thirty nights until it was done. However, when he went to temper it in water, the sword broke. He was not one to give up easily, so he started over. The second time he took fifty days and fifty nights to make the sword, even better than the first. To temper it this time, he captured a lion and drove the sword into its heart, but once more the steel shattered. The third time, with a heavy heart, for he knew before hand what he must do to finish the blade, he worked for a hundred days and nights until it was finished. This time, he called for his wife, Nissa Nissa, and asked her to bare her breast. He drove his sword into her breast, her soul combining with the steel of the sword, creating Lightbringer, while her cry of anguish and ecstasy left a crack across the face of the moon.

1- broke in water (storm born?)
2- lion (lannister)
3 - blood magic (I think this was an eclipse...the long night and when white walkers will roam essos without hindrance.

Convince that Mason to watch them too. I'd like to hear some debunking to them. I've already drank the koolaid!

Yes, the secret is out, it was David Bekham. If Americans had known that football meant something else in Europe, we could figure out the end of the story!
