Not saying I believe this guy cause I don't but ..... He mentions in the video that they possibly came from Barnard's Star which is about six light years away .

Now it just so happens that Barnard's Star was to be the destination for project Daedalus , an attempt to test if interstellar flight was possible .

Daedalus was to be a two stage spacecraft, with stage one carrying 46,000 tonnes of fuel and stage two carrying 4000 tonnes. After a total boost phase of nearly four years, it would be traveling at its top speed of 12.2 percent the speed of light, and would reach its target (Barnard's Star, located about six light years away) in 50 years.

It doesnt necessarily mean he's lying, but it gives us every reason to believe he has good reason to lie.

As a retired scientist, maybe he needs the money? Just think: all he has to do is use his imagination, contact a publisher, and promote his book, and bang, he has a steady influx of moolah.

This is entirely human, and entirely commonplace. People scam other people like this all the time. Just because he's a scientist shouldn't put him above suspicion.

I think a part of the reason, is that such an admission if it were true and without permission by the military would get you imprisoned. Why would you be left to tell your story when you have signed papers to keep it classified?

If he was given permission then why are there not hundreds and hundreds of involved retired or enlisted military personnel coming forward? There should be many over such a long amount of time.

Personally I never think something is impossible and totally rule out something without proof either way, but my impression of the man is that he is not being truthful but repeating a script.

Either these "aliens" are really aloof or are scared of something because you don't fly in a spaceship at maybe light speed to come to a planet and then secretly work with the country that every other country hates....Thats just weird and stupid. Why not go to Africa and make it into a paradise for them?

Maybe in the past beings from afar came to help us and we listened but kinda screwed up the message when writing it down hence the Bible...

It was believed at the time and may still be that it hosted a couple of gas giants and maybe rocky planets too .

I hear you and when it comes to all the 'credible witnesses' from Military top secret and above back grounds, it made me wonder if they had been scripted for more disinfo, but then I have done interviews with Ex Military who I have asked the very same question of and they tell me that they have lived their lives in fear of what could happen to their families and so never came out.

But with all the others coming forward on TV and radio they feel like telling what they know must now be safe and in a way helps them to heal from a lifetime of self imposed imprisonment hiding what they know about it all. As if there is safety in numbers, but one problem with this is that most of these people are now getting really old and many have died who could collaborate their stories.

Another point is that for most people who have witnessed these high strange events, they may hold it close to the breast for many years before speaking out and for some reason think that by coming forward they will simply be believed because of it being the truth. It is disheartening to lay it all on the line only to be demonized, marginalized and scoffed at for speaking the truth.

Perhaps many more would have continued to stream forward if this were not the case in most all instances. ATS was once great platform for these topics but people fear being shredded so they withhold and simply read only no matter how badly they want to join in the discussions and add their piece of the puzzle.
Pauola Harris set out on a 2 year investigation to discover the truth behind Charles Hall and his stories. She was able to gather a large amount of evidence to back his story or at least places him when and where he says he was and his credentials at the time he says all this happened.

I used to work at comparing the stories, it turned out they were so varied with really major differences and I just don't work at that anymore.

In my mind I really think even it all is truth and he had pics of it, you would say the pics are a hoax, photoshopped or whatever.
