There are some extraordinary and bizarre claims about Jesuits in this thread. Below is a list of Jesuit Universities in the USA. This is a small
fraction of Jesuit Universities in the world.
What a wonderful contribution to civilization. Each city which has one of these schools has the benefits of all the millions of people the Jesuits
educated. Were are talking doctors, lawyers, nurses, teachers, business people, government leaders artists, media. This is an outstanding outcome
of a ministry. We can not even imagine a time when education was not a possibility for anyone willing to work for it....the Jesuits made that
possible.
I dare you to find any other group in the world who has done more to aid civilization in the area of education. So keep that reality in mind when you
present crazy unproven theories of sinister motives. The Jesuits I know are highly educated men who zealously want to share what they have learned
with the world, to make the world a better place.
State run universities, came after the Jesuit ones generally speaking, except for a handful for the elite, but are based on the Jesuit model.
