Having paid attention to what all is going on in New York with their ridculous banning of items the following can be stated:
So he decided to ban large drinks, how are they going to pay for it? Are they going to stop the people of New York, from getting on say a subway or
driving out of town to the next state over, like say New Jersey and purchasing large sodas and then coming back into the city? Will there now be a
division of the police department to monitor and follow through with ensuring that people don't consume this or that?
Think about it FINYPD, the Food Investigator division of the New York Police Department, with a measuring cup and testing to ensure that what you have
in your cup is of a legal amount and size.
Something tells me that this man is not wanting to be in office for too much longer, rather using his position to push and pass these ridiculous bans
are going to come back and affect him in the long run. Personally if I was in a city where that was occuring, I would orgainze a boycott, not of the
office of the mayor, but of all of the places that the mayor does business till they decide to 86 him from their place of establishment. That means
if he wanted to say eat out, demanding that they refuse him service, go to a movie, well lets just say can't have the public attend the same events.
Eventually business would give way to public opinion and those who are spending money and start to say sorry to him and tell him to go elsewhere.
